Tourist Visa
- A passport with a validity of minimum six months from the date of departure from Singapore
- One visa form 14-A appropriately filled and signed by the applicant
- Two recent colored passport size photographs having 80% face coverage clicked against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish
- Please note that one photograph has to be pasted on the visa form and signed across and second one should be affixed with gem clip
