Tourist visa can be issued on arrival, which will be valid for 30 day's stay. The visa fee payable is US $ 25. This visa can be extended 1 (one) time for another 30 days, but can't be transferred to any other kind of visa. The applicant is required to give documentary proof of hotel confirmation. However, the Embassy recommends that the visa be should be obtained in India itself.

- This Visa is required.
- Applicant's passport should be valid for six months.

- Indian seamen travelling on duty need to carry a Letter of Guarantee from the shipping company with seamen book and passport along with him / her.
- Embassy should be notified with a fax message from the shipping company in Indonesia giving details of the seamen, date and port of joining the ship.
- Once issued, the visa is valid for 90 days with a stay of maximum 14 days.
