Virgin Airlines Advisory on Coronavirus

To provide greater flexibility for customers with upcoming travel plans, Virgin Atlantic has introduced a new policy to waive the change fee for flight date changes for tickets issued in prior to 4th March 2020 as well as during March 2020.

Case 1:

Booking Date: On or Before 03rd March 2020
Travel Date: OOn or Before – 30th April 2020

TimeFrame	Reschedule/Change Penalty:	Cancellation Penalty
Before 72 Hours of Flight Departure	One-time Reschedule/Change Waiver allowed for travel till 30th September, 2020. Fare difference if any will be applicable.	No waiver allowed from Virgin Airlines
Within 72 hours of Flight departure	No waiver allowed from Virgin Airlines	No waiver allowed from Virgin Airlines

Case 2:

Booking Date: On or Before 3rd March 2020
Travel Date:After 30th April 2020

Booking Date: After 04th March 2020.
Travel Date: On or Before 30th September 2020

Terms and Cnditions.

Policies are available to customers that have a ticket originally issued prior to 4 March 2020 for travel up to and including 30 April 2020 or a ticket originally issued between 4 March 2020 and 31 March 2020, for travel up to and including 30 September 2020.
The policy applies to all routes in Virgin Atlantic’s international network, including services from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast airports, and tickets booked on Virgin Atlantic codeshare flights on Transatlantic routes with its expanded joint venture partners; Delta, Air France and KLM.
