Vande Bharat Express trains, also known as Train 18, is one of the most ambitious and revolutionary projects that has been initiated by the Indian railways in 2019. At 6:00 am, the train starts operating from Delhi and it reaches the Varanasi junction around 2:00 pm. The average journey duration is 8 hours, wherein it touches Kanpur Central and Prayagraj Junction. Moreover, the Delhi to Katra route of Vande Bharat is also one of the busiest routes with stoppages at Ludhiana Junction and Jammu Tawi Railway Station. Interestingly, the Vande Bharat trains run every week, excluding Mondays and Thursdays.

At present, Vande Bharat Train tickets are segregated into AC and executive class types. Therefore, the price may vary depending on the amenities you receive during the journey. So, in case you book a Vande Bharat Express train ticket from New Delhi to Katra route, then the price for AC class would be INR 1665 and for executive class, it would be INR 3055.
