What Else Do You Need To Know?
- Vietnam Airlines Transit Tour (TWOV) policy is applicable on tickets issued on stock 738.
- Passengers without transit visa must book the service no later than 8 days before the date of departure (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Vietnam Public Holidays)
- Passengers must carry documents for their visas as mentioned below.
- One passport size photo 4x6cm. The cost of a photo at the airport is 5 USD per person.
- Immigration Declaration form.
- Passport with minimum 6 months of validity.
- The circular of the Tour Company applies for visa transit.
- Not applicable for FOC, AD, Low budget, UM tickets.
- In case of reissue/exchange ticket the service must be booked again.
- In case the inbound/or outbound direction contains sector HAN-SGN or SGN-HAN then the TWOV is applied for a second domestic transit point if the connecting time at the first airport is within 5 hours.
- The itinerary makes use of Airport services:
- Hanoi (Noi Bai International Airport): from 04 Hours to less than 08 Hours.
- Saigon (Tan Son Nhat International Airport): from four hours to less than 06 Hours.
- The itinerary makes use of City tour services:
- Hanoi (Noi Bai International Airport): 08 Hours.
- Saigon (Tan Son Nhat International Airport): 06 Hours.
- The offer is valid for flights booked during the offer period only.
- The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme or promotion.
- The tickets booked under the sale are changeable with a change fee and fare difference.
- This Offer is non-transferable and non-encashable.
- Changes in the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable fare difference.
- Changes in names are not allowed.
- Child/infant discount, date or flight change, refund charges, weekend surcharge, blackout period, travel restrictions, and/or flight restrictions will also be applicable as per the fare rule.
- Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and changes.
- Fares are refundable with normal cancellation charges.
- Convenience fee will be charged as per applicability.
