• Oman Air is operating from India to Muscat.
• Travelers MUST follow all the guidelines, meet all requirements and fill-up the necessary forms and registrations. 

• Passengers are not allowed to enter Oman.
  • This does not apply to:
  • nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates
  • passengers with a resident visa issued by Oman.
  • Passengers with valid visit, business or employment visa.

• Arriving passengers shall be required to download and start the registration process on the Tarassud + application before arrival.
•  Passengers holding expired Resident Permit / Visa are allowed to enter provided guest holding electronic visa renewed form which is approved by ROP. 
•  Passengers holding employment visa exceeding 180 days stay outside Oman must have clearances from the ROP or SANAD office. 
• Before departure to the Sultanate of Oman, passengers must complete pre-registration via https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel for the PCR test in Oman, pay OMR25  test fees and download Tarassud+., or else guest won't be allowed for check-in.
• Passengers must present a negative Covid-19 RT PCR test result at departure. The test result must be no longer than 72 hours from the time of sample collection to the time of departure.  
• Lab should be ICMR approved.
•  Before departure to the Sultanate of Oman, passengers must complete pre-registration via https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel for the PCR test in Oman and pay OMR 25 test fees and download Tarassud+, or else airlines will not allow the passenger to check in. 
•  A completed "Traveller registration form" must be presented before boarding. The form can be obtained at https://covid19.moh.gov.om/#/traveler-reg 
•  Passengers are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival. 
  - This does not apply to 
  - Passengers younger than 15 years. 
  - Passengers with Diplomatic passports.  
• All passengers arriving in Oman are subject to 07 days quarantine
• All passengers arriving to  the Sultanate of  Oman are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment of Covid-19 for minimum of one month.
  - This does not apply to nationals of Oman.  
• Passengers must download the Tarassud+ app before arrival.  
• Passengers staying for more than 7 days in Oman must download the Hmushrif app.
• All passengers arriving in Oman are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test conducted within seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival in Oman. The COVID-19 PCR test shall be a validated and certified medical test result written in Arabic or English.

- Passengers staying for more than 7 days in Oman must download the Hmushrif app

• Medical Insurance

- Passengers must have insurance to cover medical expenses in Oman for a period of one month (This does not apply to nationals of Oman).

• Quarantine for 14 days

- Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days
