Terms and Conditions
- To facilitate this benefit, Hoi will share customer information (name, mobile number, email address, travel details) with the service partner. Customers availing the benefit are considered to have given their consent for the same.
- Booking must be made at least 48 hours before the travel time to avail the services.
- Customers can cancel the booking at least 24 hours before the service time by emailing helpdesk@hoi.in
- Any cancellation less than 24 hours before the service time/no-show will be considered as a benefit availed.
- All applicable government and airport taxes are included in the service. The customer will bear additional charges such as service upgrades or extra luggage.
- No change in the name of the passenger(s) or guest(s) from that provided at the time of booking shall be permitted.
- No change or cash can be taken in exchange for the offer.
- This is for personal use only; travel agents using the services will lead to the cancellation of booking with no refund.
- Customers availing this benefit allow Hoi the right to share customer information required for the booking with the service partner (i.e., name, mobile number, email address, accompanying guests). All shared information is covered under the privacy policy of our partners.
- Hoi reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the benefits of the offer under reasonable grounds. In case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried out according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer.
- Hoi will not be responsible or liable if the offer is not configured or cannot be availed due to malfunction, delay, or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
- Participation in the offer is entirely voluntary, and user participation is deemed to have been made voluntarily.
- In the case of all matters relating to the offer, including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility, Hoi’s decision shall be final and binding on users in all respects.
