- This facility is valid on the following Etihad Airways routes.
- Abu Dhabi (AUH)- John F Kennedy Airport (JFK), Chicago (ORD), Dulles (IAD) and Boston (BOS) flights.
- Guests with access to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility must:
- Check-in for their flight at Terminal A at least four hours before their flight.
- Make their way to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility two hours before their flight, or 90 minutes if they’re travelling in Business, First or The Residence.
- The U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility closes an hour before the flight departure time.
- The offer is valid for flights booked during the offer period only.
- To avail this offer, the customer needs to process his booking with a registered mail id.
- Changes in flights and dates are allowed with change fees and fare differences.
- Changes in names are not allowed.
- Child/infant discount, date or flight change, refund charges, weekend surcharge, blackout period, travel restrictions, and/or flight restrictions will also be applicable as per the fare rule.
