Villa Verdura is a 200-year-old Heritage Portuguese Villa with a modern touch to it in the heart of Candolim. It is fully airconditioned and comes with a private pool, a fully functional kitchen, a kids' play area, and a great view of Pine & Mangrove trees. It is centrally located, less than 2km from Candolim Beach, & just 1km from the high street - the hub for shopping and top-rated restaurants like Newton's, Dalfino's, Tomato's, Caravela Cafe etc. Enjoy the rustic Portuguese architecture in our pet-friendly space. Guests at the villa will be able to enjoy activities in and around Marmagao, like pub crawls. Property is located about 1 km from the main Candolim beach road and has an old well located at the front.
As you enter through our driveway , enjoy the green belt and relax on the porch. Step through the property into the living area.
Living room has a 5 ( 3+2) seater sofa, coffee table and a 55" smart TV equipped with all your favorites like Netflix, Hotstar, Prime Video etc. Room is fully air conditioned.

We have 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor/ Terrace which can be accessed through the stairs outside. All four bedrooms have attached AC.

Bedroom 1 - King Size bed, attached private washroom, storage cupboard, dresser, dedicated table and chair for working.
Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed, shared washroom, storage cupboard, dresser, dedicated table and chair for working.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds, shared washroom, storage rack, dedicated table and chair for working.
Bedroom 4 - Queen sized bed, attached private washroom, storage rack, dedicated table and chair for working. This one is located on Terrace.

Kitchen - Fully equipped and fully functional kitchen with high quality utensils and crockery. A full time cook can be provided on chargeable basis.

Kids play area - To ensure you and your kids have a great time, we have created a kids play area with games and toys like a small slide, rocking horse, Jenga etc. We have a portable cooler to keep the area cool.

Dining area - A well lit and spacious area. Consists of a 10-12 seater dining table and crockery cabinets. It is fully air conditioned

Private pool - Our backyard has covered private pool. One of the very few properties in Candolim to provide the same. Relax in pool and enjoy the Mangrooves and greenery around. Poolside chairs and table and a hammock are all provided for you to have a relaxing time.

Terrace: We have a plant filled terrace awaiting you. Sit back, relax and enjoy you tea/coffee.

Following amenities are also provided: Washing machine, Iron, cloths drying stand, high speed wifi, electric kettle, towels, toiletries.

Dedicated workspace and dedicated parking area are provided.

Full time caretaker and a 9-5 maid are available on the property to ensure smooth, hygienic and an enjoyable stay.
