Richa's home is not just a stay but an experience which you'll have once only, when you'll be there. We try to create a fun place for family, friends and couples on the top floors of a skyscraper of noida to feel a warm sunrise and great view of the city at night with some cozy freshness of air.The house equipped with all the basic amenities and a separate balcony with its outdoor furniture. This place is bacholer's paradise and couple's Heaven with lush green surroundings. When you reach the premises. There is a lift card which is needed to use the lift. We will provide that lift card once you submit your Original id's or 2000 as security deposit . It will be given back to you Once you return the card at the time of check out. Thanks If its Lost by Any chance then 2000 INR will be charged for new Card Our check out time is 11 a.m. and if not done by 60 mins it will be chargeable as full day. No visitors are allowed during the stay. Don't use two heavy as (A/C, Induction, Microwave, geyser, kettle, toaster)* appliances at same time. Otherwise it will trip the electricity. Cleaning is chargeable during the stay I. E. 200/- except utensils for each cleaning.
