The app does not give option of zero rating, otherwise the rating had been -5. Check in process is slow and painful. Rooms are not clean. Dust is lying all over the place and spaces under the table...

I have spent more than 35 years in service / hospitallity industry. Stay here was one of the worse experience as far as service standard is concerned. The management need to improve on a service...
