It is the first project of Empyrean Skyview Projects Pvt. Ltd. [ESPPL] (a wholly owned subsidiary of FIL Industries Private Limited). Built-in a record time of 2 years and 4 months, Skyview by Empyrean features many ‘firsts in India and Asia’:

• Largest tourism project in J&K
• Highest gondola [in terms of ground clearance]
• Magic carpet ride measuring 162 metres to the top, with the highest surface conveyor capacity
• An all-season tubing sledge featuring 238 metres of slopes
• Asia’s longest zig-zag zipline measuring 580 metres. It includes 9 wires & 10 poles, with per hour capacity of 25 people

Skyview by Empyrean also offers a gamut of culinary delights at its multi-cuisine restaurant- Banana Leaf and at its alfresco dining option – Skyview Cafe

ESPPL partnered with prominent global companies including POMA Group, MND Group, ERIC, and Sage Geotech in the planning, development and construction of Skyview by Empyrean.
