This hostel/youth hostel lies right on a main road in the heart of Liverpool, about a quarter mile from the sea. It is about 8 miles to Liverpool (LPL) Airport. Manchester - International (MAN) and Blackpool (BLK) are about 35 miles and 35 miles away, respectively.

67 non-smoking rooms are located on 7 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hostel provides various services and facilities, including a coat check, a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a playroom and a conference room.
