Perfect Location

The best proximity to Kings Beach in Caloundra for sure. Coffee shops , take away and cafes just down stairs. Our room was spacious and clean . Great for kids..... beach , paths and eating places...

Nice spot to stay, no roads between the complex and the beach. Good area for children. Staff could be a bit more effusive upon greeting guests. Ceiling fans in room 69 need replacing as they are...

Great place to get away.

We stayed there recently. While we had some room issues you can't blame the staff for them. Sometimes owners just don't like to pay for repairs or upgrades. The welcome guide is not that welcoming...
