Hotel Royal Retreat The Hotel Is Located On The Outskirts Of Sambalpur Town On The Highway. It's Quite A Peaceful Place To Spend Time With Family And Friends. The Rooms Were Spacious And Properly Cleaned Considering The Pandemic Situation. The Staff Was Active And Helpful And The Food Here Is Simply Amazing. Whether Breakfast Or Meals, Everything Was Perfectly Cooked And Served. Now Coming To The Things I Didn't Like: * Our Room Key Card Was Not Working And Everytime We Had To Go To The Reception And Ask For Master Key To Unlock Our Room. This Issue Didn't Get Fixed For The Entire 2Days We Stayed In That Room. * There Was TV But No Set Top Box Connected To The TV And After Raising A Complaint, This Got Fixed On The Third Day. Apart From These Things, We Did Not Have Any Issue Whatsoever. Would Prefer To Stay Here Again.
