Even for cheap overnight stay a bit uncomfortable

yes it was a cheap 1 night stay on the return to the Eurotunnel but the rooms were hot with only a semi functioning fan to cool you down. Wifi was very inconsistent. 15/20 minute walk into Troyes...

We were harassed by the receptionist when we didn't turn up by a particular time and the manager refused to even consider a refund following our bad experience. I would never stay here on principal...
