Benefit
- Customers under this benefit will be eligible to modify the travel dates up to 24 hours before flight departure.

Eligibility criteria
- The customer's origin and destination of the booking must be the same while making the date change.
- Customers should not be in the no-show window for that flight.
- Customers must choose another flight from the same airline.

Other Details
- The customer can perform a date change up to 24 hrs. before the flight's departure.
- Offer valid only for domestic flights (one-way and round trip).
- To avail this benefit, users have to pay a minimal fee during the flight bookings.
- The booking can be postponed up to 90 Days from the original date of departure. However, there is no such restriction in case of pre-ponement/advancement.
- Multi PNR bookings can avail date change benefit for one PNR only.
- Entire booking must avail the offer i.e. If there is a flight booking for 3 people then the offer can only be availed for the entire booking, no date change can take place for 1 person independently in the same booking.
- Customers can use the date change benefit only once. For roundtrip itineraries, they can change the date for either the onward journey, the return journey, or both legs at the same time. However, they cannot make separate date changes on two different occasions.
- Date changes for return leg not permitted after flying the onward leg.
- Airline add-ons such as seats, meals, baggage, and non-airline purchases like insurance will not automatically transfer to the revised flight itinerary after a date change. All such add-ons will be considered void and non-refundable.
- If the airline changes flight timings or cancels the entire booking, then in such case users won't be eligible to avail this benefit.
- However, in these events, the free date change option will be provided by the Airline at its sole discretion. The EaseMyTrip offer will stand void in these situations and is not liable to return the amount collected against this benefit.

Other Terms & Conditions
- In case of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer,EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. EaseMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount in such instances.
- To enjoy the benefits of free date change, please ensure you cancel online through EaseMyTrip. Note that direct date change with the airline will make you ineligible for the waiver.
- EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
- EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.
- EaseMyTrip bears no responsibility for losses or additional expenses incurred due to flight delays or changes, missed connections, illnesses, weather conditions, strikes, changes in government regulations, or any other unpredicted causes, regardless of their nature. Such losses and expenses must be borne by the passenger.
- EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- In no event shall EaseMyTrip's liability under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount provided under this offer.
- EaseMyTrip shall not be held responsible for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or connected to the service.
- In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
- All other terms and conditions as outlined in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply to this program.
