- To avail of this benefit, users need to select the “Free cancellation” option while booking their flights.
- To enjoy benefits, users have to visit “My Bookings” page on EaseMyTrip website or mobile application and proceed with flight cancellation.

Other Details-
- Customers are eligible for a complete penalty waiver only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the flight departure.
- If there are any changes to the original booking (other than cancellation), the benefits associated with this offer will stand void.
- To be eligible for this offer, customers must cancel bookings on the EaseMyTrip website or application. Cancellations made directly with airlines shall not be eligible.
- The Zero Cancellation benefit is applicable only once per booking for any or all of the passengers in the booking.
- Free cancellation premium, convenience fee and any amount charged for add-ons at the time of booking are non-refundable.
- In the event of partial cancellations, the customer will receive a full refund of the penalty for the cancelled part of the booking.
- This benefit is valid on select flights and sectors. The benefit in round-trip bookings can only be availed if both sectors are eligible for a full refund.
- There are no age restrictions for Zero Cancellation Policy, making it accessible to travellers of all ages.

- In case of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. EaseMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount in such instances. To enjoy the benefits of Zero Cancellation, please ensure you cancel online through EaseMyTrip. Note that cancelling directly with the airline will make you ineligible for the waiver.
- EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
- EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.
- EaseMyTrip bears no responsibility for losses or additional expenses incurred due to flight delays or changes, missed connections, illnesses, weather conditions, strikes, changes in government regulations, or any other unpredicted causes, regardless of their nature. Such losses and expenses must be borne by the passenger.
- In case of any misuse or abuse of the service by the customer or travel agent, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to refuse the offer or cancel the booking.
- EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- In no event shall EaseMyTrip's liability under this offer exceed the value of the promotional discount provided.
- EaseMyTrip shall not be held responsible for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or connected to the service.
- In the event of any dispute, the Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
