Terms and conditions for rebooking.

Rerouting to an alternate EY gateway is permitted free of charge within the zones below based on the original origin/destination. https://www.etihadhub.com/content/dam/eag/etihadairways/agents/thumbnail/reroutetable2.jpg
Rebooking needs to be done on the original RBD or the lowest available RBD in the same cabin.
Change fees are waived for this one instance only. Any subsequent changes will be subject to normal reissue fees.
Re-routing and endorsement onto other airlines are not permitted.

Cancellation/refund

For travel to/from HKG, PVG, NGO, MXP and FCO as well as Travel Bans imposed by official government authorities.
Permitted without any cancellation charges for the unused portion of the ticket.
For partially used tickets refund based on pro-rata mileage flown.

For all other situations

Cancellations/refunds are as per Fare rules.
The above policy is also applicable for Group bookings.
Guests may contact their travel agent through whom the original ticket was purchased or any Etihad office to process the refund.
