Due to the current situation held by Coronavirus outbreak, Emirates offering rescheduling, re-booking, re-issue and re-route for flights without any fee for travel up to 31st March, 2020.

Case 1:

Booking Date: on or before 31 March 2020

Terms and Conditions

  • Change fees and reissue fees are not applicable to tickets issued on/before Tuesday 31 March 2020.
  • Cancellation and refund fees are not applicable to bookings made between Saturday 7 March 2020 and Tuesday 31 March 2020, regardless of travel date.
  • If there is a difference in the airfare or applicable taxes, due to the reissue/reroute of the ticket, the additional amount will need to be collected.
  • Customers can change their booking to travel on any date within 11 months of the original date of purchase.
  • The policy covers all existing destinations across the Emirates network.

REFUNDS AND REBOOKING POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS:

  • Ticketed to travel until 31st May
  • Rebook permitted until 30th June
  • Reroute permitted until 30th Jun to selected destinations only. Applicable fare difference if any would apply.
  • Travel Vouchers for ticketed value.
  • Refund of unutilised tickets

REFUNDS AND REBOOKING POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IMPACTED DUE TO FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND SUSPENSIONS (not including Iran):

  • Ticketed for travel until 31st May
  • Rebook permitted until 30th June
  • Reroute permitted until 30th Jun to selected destinations only. Applicable fare difference if any would apply.
  • Travel Vouchers for ticketed value
  • Refund of unutilized tickets

Affected customers should contact their travel agent or Emirates office for rebooking options or refunds. To request a refund, customers who booked directly with Emirates can visit the Request refund webpage and add “Refund request due to Coronavirus” in the comments section. Customers who booked with a travel agent must contact them for a refund.
