Waiting Charges

• Driver shall wait for 30 minutes at pickup location. Post that, your cab will be cancelled without making any refund. To extend based on the mutual understanding of the customer and driver, the waiting charges would be levied as per provider.

Hilly Areas

• Car air-conditioner will not be working in hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion.

Other Charges

• Small pets are allowed only if informed prior after booking. A pet cleaning fee may be charged by the taxi operator (minimum Rs.1000) depending on the distance of travelling.
• You need to pay toll tax, state tax or other similar taxes directly to the driver if not mentioned in Inclusions/Highlights. Please, note if your price shown at the time of booking includes the Toll and the State Taxes applicable. The state taxes are based on the latest information that provider have. These charges are changed by State governments from time to time and unfortunately at many times without any advance notice. So, it is possible that these may change for your route after your booking. You would be charged the difference based on the latest

• Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel should be reported to EMT within 24 hours of travel time.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled before 3 hours from the journey time, no retention applicable (Free Cancellation).
• If cancelled within 3 hours of time from the journey time, 100% retention applicable.
• In case of no show or cancellation after journey time (no refund)
• EaseMyTrip will not be held responsible for any cancellation or delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage, etc.
• EMT reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point.
• Any modifications / amendments to the booking are not allowed In the event of cancellation of a cab trip, EMT's liability will be limited only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the e-ticket.
• If you want to cancel your cab bookings, then you need to place a cancellation request at Mybookings.EaseMyTrip.com (using desktop/laptop or mobile browser only). Please note that it will be cancelled immediately and a refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy.

Extra Kilometers

• Once you exceed your kms limits, you will be charged extra kms as applicable.
• Distance will be calculated from point to point.

Cab Type

• The booking will be for cab type (Hatchback, SUV or SEDAN) and we do not commit on providing any preferred cab model.

Cab Detail

• The cab details will be shared within 01 hour before the journey time.

Waiting and Night Charges

• Driver shall wait for 45 minutes at pickup location. Post that, your cab will be cancelled without making any refund. To extend based on the mutual understanding of the customer and driver, the waiting charges would be levied INR 100 per 30 minutes.
• Night Charge (applicable between 10PM to 6AM only): 250. These charges should be directly paid to the driver.

Hilly Areas

• Car air-conditioner will not be working in hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion.

Other Charges

• Extra Pickup/Drop Charge Amount: 300 Rs. with extra km charges.
• You need to pay toll tax, state tax or other similar taxes directly to the driver if not mentioned in Inclusions/Highlights.

Baggage Policy

• For suv maximum sitting capacity is 7 and number of Bags allowed 2.

Additional Information

• Cab will be provided on the basis of availability.
• We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle. It will be as per mentioned in name by cab provider.
• If a CNG refill has to be done, the turnaround time may be over 30 minutes due to less availability of stations and long queues.
• Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.
• You are not allowed to take pets with you inside the cab.
• You are solely responsible for managing your own travel schedule. Ease My Trip will not be liable for any compensation if you happen to miss your scheduled flight, train or bus due to delay pickup, traffic jam or delay due to any other reason during the trip.
• In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in advance at the time of pick-up.
