• This is a point-to-point booking, and only one stop for meals is included.

Waiting Charges

• The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Post this, your trip may be canceled without any refund.
• Waiting charges: Rs 100 per 30 minutes , if mutually agreed upon with the driver.

Extra Kilometers

• Once you exceed your kms limits, you will be charged extra kms as applicable.
• Distance will be calculated from point to point.

Delays

• Due to traffic or any unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Other Charges

• Pets are not allowed in cab.
• Extra pick up and drop not allowed.

Cab Detail

• The driver's details will be shared up to 1 hour prior to departure. In case the driver or cab is different from the one communicated, please do not board and contact us immediately.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: If cancelled before 6 hours from the journey time.
• Cancellation Charges: If cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled journey time, no refund will be applicable.
