- IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card Cardholder will mean any person who is holding an active IDFC FIRST Bank Credit & Debit Cards.
- Merchant or Merchant establishment will mean any establishment where the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit & Debit Card mentioned in the Offer has been used for making a purchase.
- The Offer can be availed as per terms mentioned in the Offer and only on transactions done at Merchant establishment using an active IDFC FIRST Bank Credit & Debit Cards.
- The Offer will be valid only on or within the dates mentioned in the offer details.
- No two offers can be clubbed together. Please note this Offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions or Offer or membership or any voucher or discount or packages that a customer might have received from the Merchant or IDFC FIRST Bank.
- IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholder’s eligibility for the Offer will be decided by IDFC FIRST Bank. In case of all matters relating to the Offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the Offer or eligibility of any IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholder, IDFC FIRST Bank’s sole decision shall be final and binding on IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholders in all respects.
- All Customer Queries/dispute on the Offer should be raised during the offer period or within 7 days after expiry of the offer or promotion period.
- Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholder.
- All IDFC FIRST Bank’s Bank and Merchant Standard Terms & Conditions will apply.
- Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
- The Offer is non-binding, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
- The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- Any dispute or claim regarding the discount, delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of product/services availed under this Offer must be addressed in writing, by the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholder directly to the Merchant establishment. IDFC FIRST Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services etc. availed by the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cardholder under the Offer.
- Any dispute relating to the Offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only. IDFC FIRST Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by the Merchant
- No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the IDFC FIRST Bank Cardholder shall be allowed. However, Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank reserve the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the IDFC FIRST Bank Cardholder.
- The decision of Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
- IDFC FIRST Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to technical or other reasons.
- IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to disqualify any IDFC FIRST Bank Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the IDFC FIRST Bank Cardholder Card. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer, necessary action will be taken by the IDFC FIRST Bank. Please note IDFC FIRST Bank has its own sole discretion in this regard which shall be final and binding.

- Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of Merchant or any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.
- The Offer by IDFC FIRST Bank is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
- Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be additionally governed by Terms and conditions of IDFC FIRST Bank Card Member Agreement. Customer can view the terms and conditions on the online portal https://www.idfcfirstbank.com.
- Any person taking the advantage of this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Customer Acceptance terms while making payment
- I confirm that I have chosen EMI as the payment option to complete this transaction.
- I understand that a processing fee of 1% of the transaction amount (minimum Rs.99) plus taxes will be charged on this EMI transaction and transaction will be processed in 3 working days. I further acknowledge that in case of EMI transactions requested and processed on Amazon.in, the processing fee charged will be Rs. 199/- + GST.
- IDFC FIRST Bank has the sole right to decline or accept any EMI conversion request subject to the eligibility of the customer.
- I understand that the EMI amount will be a part of the Minimum Amount Due payable during the EMI tenure.
- I understand that in case of transaction reversal or cancellation, I must reach out to bank for EMI cancellation. In case of EMI cancellation, foreclosure fee of 3% on the outstanding principal amount of EMI transaction, at the time of foreclosure along with the Pro-Rated Interest will be charged to the customer.
- Pro-Rated interest is the interest amount applicable for period between EMI conversion date and date of foreclosure in case no EMI is billed.
- In case any EMI is billed, pro-rated interest amount will be the interest amount applicable between last EMI billed date and date of foreclosure. Interest will not be charged for the remaining EMI tenure post foreclosure.
- Entering the PIN number, One-time password or tapping the credit card for contactless payment will be treated as the acceptance of all terms and conditions.
- I have fully understood and have accepted the terms and conditions (as given in the card-member agreement on the website https://www.idfcfirstbank.com) of converting credit card transactions in EMIs.
- GST will be applicable on interest; Processing fee and Foreclosure charges will be billed separately along with respective charges.
- I understand that the EMI/Subvention and any additional cashback if applicable, may take up to 90 days for processing and will be credited to my credit card by issuing bank, only on receipt of the cashback from the merchant/ manufacturer and subject to issuing bank’s discretion.
- I understand that in a No-Cost or Low-cost EMI transaction the merchant/manufacturer gives the discount/cashback amount to cover the complete or partial amount of interest levied by the IDFC FIRST Bank.
- I understand that Processing/Foreclosure fees/GST applicable on any fees levied by the Bank are not part of the No-cost or Low-cost offering provided by the merchant/manufacturer.
- I understand that IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to reverse any benefit availed by me, as a cashback or instant discount, in case the EMI transaction is foreclosed.
