Tipping culture is not the same in every country. In some countries, tipping depends on the services offered. In others, tipping is seen as an insult. Tipping in Different Countries

1. Egypt

Restaurants: The tip is included in your restaurant's bill. However, you should add 5-10% on top of that as the bill amount goes to the owner.

Taxi Drivers: 10-15%

2. France

Restaurants: The tip is usually included in the bill, give one shekel per customer (they're about four to the dollar). If the tip is not included, leave 10-15% for their services.

3. Jordan

Restaurants: The bill always includes services, give 5-10 % for the server.

4. Qatar

Restaurants: Leave 15-20% as a tip if it is not included in your bill.

5. Saudi Arabia

Restaurants: Usually, tips are not included in the bill, so leave 10-15 for a waiter.

Taxi Drivers: $10 per person per day.

6. United Arab Emirates

Restaurants: Leave 15-20 unless a service charge has been added. For a 7-start restaurant, give $50-$100 for the super service.

Taxi Drivers: $15 per person per day.

7. South Africa

Restaurants: Leave 10-15 unless a service charge has been added.

Taxi Drivers: $10 per person per day.

8. Morocco

Restaurants: Leave 10% if service is not included in your bill, and you really liked the food. Don't leave anything if the service was not up to the mark.

Taxi Drivers: $10 per person.

9. Argentina

Restaurants: Pay 10% to the waiter for his services.

Taxi Drivers: Just round up the fare

10. Brazil

Restaurants: 10% is always added to the bill for services. Therefore, you don't have to tip the waiter.

11.Canada

Restaurants: Depending on the service, tip 15-20 to the waiter as service isn't included in the bill.

Taxi Drivers: Tip them 10-15$ per person per day.

12.Chile

Restaurants: 10% is always included in the bill. On top of that, you should leave another 5-10% for the waiter.

13.Colombia

Restaurants: Give 8-10% if the bill includes a service charge. If not, 15-20% is common to offer.

14. Mexico

Restaurants: Usually, 10-15% is preferred. If your bill includes the tipping amount, there's no need to leave extra.

15. Peru

Restaurants: Pay 10-15% as a tip for the waiter.

16. Philippines

Restaurants: Leave 10% unless a service charge is included in the bill.

17. Singapore

Restaurants: No tip is given throughout Southeast Asia. However, if you wish to add in the bill, leave 10% for the waiter.

18. Hong Kong

Restaurants: They don't expect any tip from customers in the whole Country, China. However, many restaurants have restaurant has started to add up 15-20% as service charges.

19. Russia

Restaurants: Service charges are not usually added in the bill, so leave 10% for the service.

Taxi Drivers: 5-10%

20. Turkey

Restaurants: 10% as a tip to the waiter. Leave tip only in cash.

21. Brazil

Restaurants: It's totally up to the customers if the service charge is included in the bill. However, 15 is considered a good amount.

Restaurants: They don't expect any tips from the customers. However, you can round up the bill fare.

Restaurants: Add 15-20 % unless a service charge has been added in the bill.

24. Spain

Restaurants: Tipping generally isn't expected from the customers. If the service was too good, leave 10 percent for the waiter.

Taxi Drivers: They don't expect any tip. You can leave 10% or round up the bill for exceptional service.

25.Italy

Restaurants: Don't pay any tip as it has banned in many regions. However, you can round up the fare.

Taxi Drivers: It's completely optional. You can round up the charges.
