D'Souza Chawl of Mahim, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Located in the Mahim area of Mumbai, D`souza Chawl has also got the status of being a haunted place. It is counted among the most haunted destinations of India. Years ago, a woman fell in the well while pulling water. She cried a lot for help but no one came and finally she died. Many witnesses claim to spot the spirit of that woman during the nights near that well. No harmful incidents have been reported.

Sinhagad Fort, Pune, Maharashtra

The famous fort of Sinhagad is also among the haunted tourist destinations of India. Many visitors have experienced some extraordinary events here on their visit to this fort. People who stayed here have been reported to hear fainted sounds of wars and cries during the nights. There is no resource of the origination of these abnormal activities. However, now people are scared of staying here during night.

National Library, Kolkata, West Bengal

National Library is not only known for housing a great selection of books but for its interesting ghost stories as well. Around 12 workers died in an accident during the renovation of this library. This library has witnessed some unnatural deaths and even security guards avoid taking night shifts here. Footsteps of the Governor's wife have been heard here.

Three Kings Church, Goa

Three Kings Church is one of the most visited places during holiday trip to Goa. This church is known for several paranormal activities happening here.
