Good choice

Good communication with the driver. He was easy to find. The car had to be parked about 2 blocks away, however.

Value for money airport transfer.

We booked this transfer just before our trip and were really pleased. Good communication from our driver and comfortable journey. Saved all the hassle of working out public transport and as our time was limited it was well worth the price which we thought was really reasonable. The only slight negative comment is that on our return journey to the airport our driver wanted to collect us an hour and a half earlier than we requested. They said this was due to heavy traffic but there didn’t seem to be any and the journey only took 20 minutes. We ended up thinking they just wanted to get our journey over and done with to move onto the next job. We may be wrong and this is only a small complaint - in the main I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Safe and fast

Fast and safe ride. Best for the cost I guess. Clean car, with no issues, some traffic along the way. It was hard to locate the driver, but we managed to do it, and the driver waited a bit.

Incompetent. Taxi did not pitch!!

Pathetic service !! Booking number : 24528735 Taxi Driver - Oleksandr Husarov Taxi driver ditched and did not pitch up! Useless! This was after a call and text confirming he is on his way ( although 20 mins late) waited for over an hour and he just switched his phone off. Customer care was also pathetic with no real explanation.

Airport transfer - the Best

Booked 'economy' transfer Airport -PragueHotel- Airport , was absolutely perfect! Prompt efficient pickups, clean smart vehicles and nice drivers. No waiting , no fuss and very reasonable cost. I would always say to use this company when visiting Prague
