Visited Taj Mahal and was honoured to have Malik to be our tour guide. Not only was he a great tour guide giving us a great history lesson, he was an awesome photographer. A Perfect Experience with Perfect Agra Tours!

What an experience! The Golden Triangle in India! I have always wanted to do it and this Tour company made it so easy for us. Anil our Driver was with us for the four days and despite the crazy driving, we felt so safe with him and he was smiley, helpful and respectful that it was a precious few days away for us as a couple. (No children for once haha!!) No obligation to talk on those 5 hour stretches. In each city we were allocated an excellent guide, so knowledgeable. Delhi, Agra and Jaipur! We'll be back!

Visit to Taj Mahal

The trip to the Taj Mahal was a highlight. Our guide Malik was excellent and explained the history behind of the TM very well. He was great taking pictures with of us and then letting us explore by ourselves. A really unforgettable trip.

A superb introduction to India, don't hesitate to book with Perfect Agra Tours!!

Normally I wait until I finish a tour to write a review but this has been so incredible already I felt drawn to review it now, half way through. For me India & the tour has far exceeded my expectations. Mainly due to the guides, Siddhi & Malek who have imparted so much information with heartfelt enthusiasm. They both have been so knowledgeable & obviously love & respect their country so much. Malek has been amazing taking photographs to a professional standard!! Nothing has been too much trouble. He knew exactly where to stand to get the best shots. We were able to bypass the crowds & make our way through the tour with ease. I can't recommend either of them more. I definitely suggest requesting them by name. Our driver, Anil has also made the tour so special, driving so safely & knowing the area so well. What a kind & sensitive man, making sure we are comfortable & have everything we need! The Jaypee Palace in Agra is amazing! Ashish whose company is Perfect Agra Tours, is a wonderful choice. I am still only half way through this adventure. Thank you so much!! What an incredible introduction to India!! Don't hesitate in booking this tour, especially with these guides & driver. Incredible Taj Mahal tour with Malik

The knowledge and expertise of our tour guide Malik, who presented us with all the history, knowledge and experience walking through the incredible Taj Mahal. He also took many photos of us that will be our treasured memories forever. I plan to return with my family in a near future and I would like to hire Malik again as our tour guide. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable experience.

Fabulous tour and experience!

Having searched for a 4-day Golden Triangle tour via Viator, I chose the Private Luxury Delhi - Agra - Jaipur Golden Triangle Tour - 3 Nights 4 Days provided by Mr Ashish Gupta and Perfect Agra Tours. From the very start it has been a great experience. Soon after booking we were contacted by Ashish via WhatsApp with a warm welcome and details of our itinerary. Communication with Ashish was always quick and accurate and once in country, Ashish checked on our progress and satisfaction. When the tour commenced it was just as advertised. We were picked up on day 1 by our driver Anil who must be the best driver in India! The driving in India is crazy but Anil was always on time and we always felt safe. We were joined by a separate tour guide in each city and they were excellent, polite and knowledgeable. In particular, John (spelling?) in Jaipur and Malik in Agra were very knowledgeable indeed. Our guide in Delhi was also good. We booked the 5-star hotel package, all of which were great but the star of the tour was our driver Anil. Thanks to Ashish and his superb team! This tour and company are highly recommend!

My experience in Agra

I had a wonderful experience around India, mostly because of my guides, I want to thank Malik to have shown me around the Taj and helping me understand the history and the meaning behind it!

Great tour

Malik was a very knowledgeable and interesting. The tour of the Taj Mahal at sunrise was very special. Malik also took us to the ATM and shopping centre to purchase some items I needed. Much appreciated.

Manage your expectations and be firm with your driver and guides

In general, the places we visited were beautiful, without a doubt. We liked that we had one driver with us throughout the entire tour, and he was skilful and always on time. We picked the 5-star hotel option and they lived up to expectations. We cannot say the same for the tour guides as each city has a different guide. We did not appreciate that the Delhi guide conveniently asked us to take photos of India Gate from the car until we requested to stop; that too, he obliged from afar. At Jama Masjid, we bought bedroom slippers (conveniently sold at the entrance - with the Marriot hotel logo - no less!) because the mosque does not allow footwear inside. We could have walked barefoot, but we did not want to take the chance. All these could have been communicated to us earlier so that we could prepare. Be firm with the driver/guide if you do not wish to buy/visit carpet, marble handicrafts, fabric/suit, embroidery, jewellery, and elephant sanctuary - all these are not mentioned on the website. These places are tourist traps, and they will say they are wholesalers - giving you the impression that you are getting a better deal, offering you drinks/chai when you enter the shops - telling you it's Indian hospitality and then giving you a tour and demonstrations of the local craft. They will throw in the sob story about empowering the local women by giving them employment, etc. Drivers will bring you to overpriced-suitable-for tourist-only places to eat. But we are grateful we did not get the runs after eating at such places. Always prepare small notes (Rs10,50,100), as tipping is common practice. Places like the Taj Mahal cost Rs1100 p/person for tourists, and there is a separate entrance fee to visit the tombs. Please take note of such fees, as they all add up at the end of the day. Overall, the tour was well-organised and professionally run. We are grateful that everything went smoothly and that we made it to our destinations alive. Your guides and driver will pressure you to rate them after the tour. Take your time and collect your thoughts before doing so. A 4-star rating is very generous, in my opinion. I would not go as far as giving it 5-stars.

Enjoyed our time in India

PerfectAgra tour company organized all the logistics by car, nice hotels and local guides. Trough a Golden Triangle India tour in 4 days we explored some of the world’s most marvelous architectural beauties such as the Taj Mahal in Agra, and the Amber Fort in Jaipur, and also catch some crazy life in Delhi. We had different tour guides in each city among them we highly recommend Mr.Malik from Agra. He is a masterful storyteller who made our Taj Mahal and Agra's Red Fort experience extra special. He is a highly educated guide who gave us extensive knowledge and took perfect pictures of us. A special shoutout to our driver. Shivalaya was an excellent driver who was very flexible based on our needs and very punctual.

Magnificent Taj Mahal

Well organized tour, very memorable. The hotels were all great with good food options. Delicious breakfasts included where you can have western and Indian food, I recommend the masala dosas! Our driver Mr. Pappu was perfect - punctual, and considerate and a good driver and got us everywhere safely. The highlight of the tour was Taj Mahal and Agra with Mr. Malik. He is full of knowledge (and will make sure you remember too!) and knows how to get all the best photos; and he was very good about allowing us to enjoy the Taj and not feel rushed while also being efficient with time for the whole day. The tour includes shopping experiences, where you can buy things like Taj Mahal-style marble inlaid with semiprecious gems, Persian rugs, tapestry, and jewelry. Subsidized by Indian government with free global shipping. Budget extra if you want to participate but it's ok to be firm if you can't afford or don't want something.

Perfect Agra Tours to Jaipur and Agra

We arranged a tour in December to visit Jaipur and Agra with this company who provided a car with a driver and tour guides at the key cultural sites. Great agency, great experience

I can really recommend this agency. The driver was extremely professional, although he had a little difficulty speaking English, but he really tried. All the guides who were with us worked extremely hard and explained very well. During the tripp we felt very safe with the driver and guides. The driver was always punctual. And please tip him well. We were offered round-trip tours of souvenir shops, we accepted some, but I believe we could have refused them.

Perfect trip for first timers to India

My girlfriend and I took this tour for our first time in India, and it was exactly what we were looking for! You get to see a lot of India in a short amount of time, both the major hotspots and hidden places. I'd recommend spending a few days recovering from the jetlag before leaving for this tour, because the days are packed and it's worth being fresh to enjoy it all. Vishan, our driver, was a skilled navigator of the notorious Indian traffic and made us feel very comfortable throughout the trip. He does this route all the time, and can answer any questions you have about the cities and countryside you will go through on the way. He also has a wealth of stories from his time as a tour driver! He's a genuinely pleasant person to share such a long time in a car. Our local guides, Malik and Shankar, were extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining the broad history and unique details of the various monuments. Malik made sure we left with the best photos of us with the Taj Mahal, and Shankar showed us corners of Jaipur we never would have been able to explore without his local experience. This tour also provides the option to stop by local shops and restaurants on the way, where you can see the process of making local handicrafts, buy souvenirs, and recharge. Make sure to bring your negotiating skills, because you'll need them as a tourist at the local shops!

Sunrise at the Taj Mahal was amazing, best time to visit to avoid the queues, such an amazing experience to see. Asif was our guide who was extremely knowledgable while showing us around and sharing the history. We stayed at the Jaypee Palace which was amazing. Our driver Sonu was great. Golden triangle

Ashish arranged everything I asked for. We only had 4 days to see the golden triangle and it was all made so simple. Our driver Vashin was so lovely. We shared our cultures with open minds and hearts. He td me about his family. He even let me stop at a roadside food area and helped order Paratha for us sitting in a typical stop for locals. In both Agra and Jaipur we had specialized tour guides, with fantastic English and extensive knowledge of the monuments we visited. Everything was made easy and simple. My friend and I came down with colds and everyone could not have been more helpful and understanding. I highly recommend!!!
