Awesome tour

It was great. Easy meeting spot. Easy train ride. Lovely tour. Wish we could have stayed longer but we schedule another thing in the evening back in London proper. Next time we will make sure we have as long as we like! Highly recommend!

Amazing , lot of walking , food was subpar

The tour was incredible the tour is very much geared towards adults not for young children they will lose interest. But if you grew up with harry potter you will love it

I don't want to spoil visitors’ surprises but lets just say that some of the sets were simply awesome!

Great time

The experience was amazing. It was so easy to get there, the city tour guide took us away by train was amazing. I really felt like VIP the whole time. The fact that we were able to see the tour with a guide and go back after to do the tour on our own was a big bonus for me. I had a great time and I will do it again.

Awesome excursion

Even though I’m not a fan of Harry Potter, I was really excited to go on this tour as I had heard many good recommendations. Don’t regret it one bit, the tour was fantastic!

the tour in the studios...

the tour in the studios was fine and the tour operator wonder tour well organised but Viator service was very bed. Issues with the booking has been encountered requiring three phone calls in three days stressful and costly. the issue has been solved by wonder tour.

Guided tour was informative

The girl that met us, explained how everything worked and showed us which line to take back. If I hadn't been leaving the next day, I would have stayed after the guided tour and walked around again.

Curated Experience- Very Nice

There are only 6 of these private tours a day- WB sells 2 “deluxe tours” that are sold out months in advance and CityWalk tours sells 4 of the private tours. The private tour is very convenient because you get priority access and skip-the-line privileges. But also because the guide will is a Harry Potter superfan and geeks out the entire tour with you. We got to see props up close and a curated narrative of the displays. My kids- 10, 9, and 7- were engaged the entire time. Our guide was Tom- special shout out because he was fantastic. Overall- the studio experience is really cool. Just like the movies, WB really invested in the experience and did it the right way. Super super cool Cannot recommend more highly

Natalia was kind, competent guide with a wealth of knowledge on behind the scenes details. It was great to have that one-on-one attention and interaction.

Loved having a private guide

Our guide was great, and as a moderate fan, I was grateful to have someone who could explain the depths of detail and connections to the movies that I was unable to understand on my own. Wish we could’ve ridden the bus all the way, and that there would’ve been more photo opportunities where the guides took our pictures

Great tour but expensive

A huge plus for this tour is having the ability to go back in and explore the studio after the tour. This tour is extremely expensive though and the only option by the time we booked.

Amazing!

Absolutely incredible experience for any Harry Potter fan! We were met by the lovely Cameron who took us to the studio making the drop off super easy. We had a 4 hour in depth tour with a passionate knowledgeable guide, Charlotte! And then we were able to go back into the studio and look at anything we missed. Incredible time! We were told we had to leave only when the studio closed, never felt rushed for a second! Absolutely worth the money!

This is a must see for any Harry Potter fan!

Cameron our Tour Guide from CityWonders was so great, he assisted us till we get to the Studio, what a great start for our 2 week vacation, The Making was so educational and fun, my 11 year old son enjoyed and even given me a hug after, and said "thank you dad". priceless moment

Full day needed

A must for any Harry Potter fan. You see behind the magic of the films and real props. It was wonderful!! I only wish I had booked further in advance so my children had energy to stay all day. There’s so much to do and experience you have to stay until close to do so. Food was okay there. Better to pack sandwiches if you don’t like bar food. Otherwise it’s great

Well organized tour from start to finish

We met our Viator guide at the meet up location in London and he helped get us into groups with our wristbands, join us on the bus and train ride to the studio, got our tickets for us at the box office and was able to bypass all the lines so everything was very easy and well done. He handed us off to the studio tour guide who was also incredible and very knowledgeable about all of the movies and answered everyone’s questions along the way.

Best 30th Birthday!!

This was my daughter’s 30th birthday vacation. She grew up with Harry Potter and still runs the movies through regularly. Being able to step into the set with Megan was an unbelievable experience, even though I am not an avid fan. The studio is quite remarkable and every turn was a wow moment.

Steph at Warner Bros was our guide and she was fantastic. She knew the ins and outs of the place and did a behind-the-scenes tour as well. She was very aware of all the Harry Potter set details and was extremely patient with our questions. Would highly recommend it.

Loved it!

This was fantastic!! It exceeded our expectations. It was our kids favorite thing in London!! Our travel guide made it all easy for us to get to and from the lot. And our WB lot tour guide Gemma was fantastic! So knowledgeable and a true Harry Potter fan as we were!

Movie magic explained in detail

You will never watch the movie the same way after this trip. We were a small group with an excellent guide. Josh had details and information which went so far in detail, you want to rewind areas of the movie to see the care that went into even little things like letters and newspapers. Small group trips like this are worthwhile!

Outstanding tour if you’re a Harry Potter fan! My 10 year old son loved it and he’s halfway through the series. I read the first book just so I would be prepared for this tour! Very well done!

Footsteps into the movies of Harry Potter

Being in the original sets of the movies was awe inspiring! The magic came to life. The music, the works, the sounds that were ever so present. As a senior, I totally enjoyed the whole experience and recommend it to all that enjoy the Harry Potter legacy.

So fun

The tour with our guide Charlie was so fun. She knew everything there is to know about Harry Potter and was very nice and informative. Getting to the meeting spot was easy and the travel by train to the studios was a breeze.

Amazing Experience

The transportation was good and the private tour was amazing!! Highly recommend doing the private guided tour if you want to learn everything that goes into making these fantastic movies

The guided tour is worth it!

Our guide, Claire, was so much fun! She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! It was a long day after traveling from Paris. We left our hotel around 9 am and got back around 5:30 pm, so I wouldn't make other plans that day.

Great Harry Potter Excursion

Everything was perfectly organized — there were no gaps and all the connections worked without a hitch. It was quite impressive !

Great tour for the avid fan

Everything was planned out and super easy. Our guide at the museum, Branden, was so enthusiastic and went over everything in detail. I wish the tour had been longer!

Harry Potter VIP Tour

We had a fantastic day very well organised, I was abit worried about the meeting point but there was no need as the tour manager came to me and introduced himself and explained what would happen throughout the day. Our tour guide was excellent taking whatever time was needed to explain all of the different sets. The restaurant at the half way point of the tour was very busy and took 30 minutes of queuing to get served which was a little frustrating.

Absolutely amazing, brilliant!

I loved seeing the Hippogriff, Aragog & the Hogwarts wrecking dragon, brilliant, loved it! Also all the detail in the props, makeup special effects & how it was done, absolutely amazing detail. Enjoyed hearing the screen commentaries, so much to take in. Will definitely be coming back. have told friends about it & will definitely be coming back :-)

Fully Guided Tour that was Amazing and a must DO!!!

This tour was fantastic and is a must do if you are a fan at all. Matt, our tour guide from Warner Bros, was amazing. The tour gave us extra insight and was everything you would expect from a VIP tour with inside information on the movies, interesting facts as it related to the actors and exhibits, a way to skip the lines to see some of the more crowded exhibits, and up close views of some of the props with backstories galore. We were also able to go back through on our own after to spend more time!! I'm so glad I decided to take this tour! The tour company did a great job of meeting with the group and getting us there as well - and connecting us to the Warner Bros Tour guide. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Fully guided tour was worth the extra cost

This was a great tour. The representative from the company was on time & very easy to identify at the transportation meeting point. The train & bus ride were easy and enjoyable. The tour at the studio was fantastic. Our guide was friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Honestly, I don’t think we would have gotten even a fraction of the experience without the guided tour. We learned a lot & had fun. If you’re a Harry Potter fan, the guided tour was worth the price.

Easy to navigate, very well guided and personalized tour. Highly recommend for anyone looking for extra time and information on sets, props, and costumes.

Magical HP Tour

Our family enjoyed the small group tour with Tom. The transportation to and from the studio was easy. This day was the highlight of our London vacation.

You get what you pay for!

I usually do not write public reviews but this tour is amazing. After meeting our guide at the meeting point in Euston, he got us easily to the Warner Brothers Studio. From there, we got handed over to 2 guides from the studio and split our group into half, 8 per guide. The families with children were in one group and all of us adults were in the other. It was a smart way of splitting the group so the guides could concentrate on everyone while also catering to adult only content! While the tour may seem long, the time just flew by! We lucked out by getting Paoblo, who is originally from Brazil and a self-proclaimed HP nerd! He entertained us throughout the experience and we learned so many secrets that you won't learn just touring on your own or even by listening to the audio guide. We were shown props up close as well! It was money well spent and we would so do this again should we come with another first timer! At the end of the tour, we opted to leave instead of going through again on our own. It was easy enough to find our way back by taking the shuttle bus and the tube to our original meeting spot. I highly recommend this tour and if at all possible, see if you can request which group Pablo would be guiding.

Pricy, but well worth the money

The experience was just great! As true Potterheads, this is the best option to get, since this includes all of the tickets (train and bus) from London and back, with a person from CityTours traveling with you and making sure the journey is safe and sound. On the studio you’ll have a private guide which gives you pass in front of everyone (and there are a LOT of people to get in front of) as well as very interesting insights that our guide Mat had to tell us that we would not have known without him. The staff is amazing there! This is truly an amazing experience to have if you enjoy the world J.K. Rowling has created!

Well worth your time and money

Best ‘museum’ I’ve ever been to! Our guide,Ollie, was amazing!!!! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We felt like VIPs!

This tour was AWESOME! The guide was extremely well versed in the Harry Potter universe, and we got to see some things other fans didn’t. Would definitely do again!

Full Day of Harry Potter and Movie Making Delight

Our inside tour guide was David and he was incredible. He made the experience , well magical. No pun intended. ;) Be prepared for a full long day. For Harry Potter fans this will be no problem. Of course don’t miss the butter beer and butter beer ice cream.
