Good food and activities. Familiy friendly and the staff were very friendly. I liked the slide and banana boat the best.

The food was delicious..and have many variations..Excellent service from the staffs ..And has very nice water activities... The boat is comfortable and nice....I would like to come again sometime....

Best day ever

We loved every second. Did this tour for my mums 60th birthday and it was so smoothly run, food was amazing! Staff were amazing - they also organised a free cake and free drink for my mum. So many fun activities and the music is even better 👌🤩

Great day out

We had a great day, the catamaran was lovely and the kids had a ball at the pontoon. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the music was great. Trisna and Asri were so lovely and fun with the kids.

Wonderful day on the cruise, the staff is very friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the beautiful landscape. Also, the diving spot is amazing. Highly recommend!

Incredible trip

The pontoon dock offered excellent activities, the Scuba diving was exceptional and all staff were incredibly friendly. The beaches were gorgeous, and as a 1 vegan and 1 dairy-free dietary requirements, they went above and beyond to cater to us. The food was delicious! Honestly couldn’t recommend more. The only thing that could have been better was a longer time on the island and more of a tour.

Lovely day, boat was nice, food good. Beach was a bit dirty with rubbish in the water, which was a shame. All in all a good day.

Great value daytrip

Very relaxing cruise. Its a big cat and plenty of space. There are lots of tropical fish to see off the back of the pontoon when the boat docks, so get the snorkel and flippers on. All gear supplied by the company. Onto the resort next for more swimming, then a fabulous BBQ lunch. Great crew and no dramas with pick up from hotel and drop off after the cat returns. Great value for money excursion.

Great cruise well worth the price

We were looked after so well. The music and service on the boat was 1st class. Morning tea of coffee, tea or pastries was lovely. The lunch was beautiful. Much to eat with a great choice of food. The village tour to the seaweed farm was very enjoyable

Everybody is extremely happy and help full I will recommend this trip to everyone I know , I went scoober diving for the first time they were extremely professional and I will remember this experience for the rest of my life ❤️

Best day out ever!!

Best day out ever! I felt like a rockstar boarding the yacht :P the pontoon was so much fun, highly recommend the water slide and banana boat ride. The beach club was super chill and the staff were so incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking for a fab day out, you can't go past this cruise. P.S the food was amazing at the beach club, and the cats are too cute 🥰 book it!!

Being in this cruise was a wonderful experience. The crew is amazing and the area is great to relax.

Bali Hai, a must do experience

From the start to the end Bali Hai tours took great care of us. You are picked up and dropped off at your accommodation and given complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. The boat is very well maintained and the crew are caring and helpful. Safety is a big consideration of this tour group so there is a paramedic on the tour and plenty of staff to look after you. We went snorkelling at Crystal Bay which was a great experience. There are a wide variety of fish, coral and anemones to be spotted as well as the occasional sea turtle. Next was lunch at the Bali Hai beach club. There are lots of different water activities you can choose or you can visit the village or just lane around and enjoy the amenities. We decided to go on an underwater walk which was lots of fun. Our guide, Gama was excellent and took great care of us. Overall it was a great day enjoying the beauty of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan.

Smooth saling

This fantastic cruise to Lembongan was our transport to the Hai Tide Beach Resort. We gently sailed across on Aristocat ||, such a relaxing way to start our holiday. The boat was immaculate, crew were friendly. We could not fault this experience! Our return trip was also excellent, sailing on a slightly smaller Aristocat. Sunshine, cold drinks and fresh fruit skewers were all yummy 😋

Bali cruise day out

The cruise back in rough seas was great it was a very safe boat so it was fun. Banana boat rides were great too.

Amazing trip!

We spent a lovely time on the cruise. The staff was extraordinary, I would like to thank Diane for her help with our little baby. Lembogan is stunning and we have a lovely time snorkeling in the middle of the ocean. Super recommended!

Best day in bali yet

My family had the best day We did the beach club trip Lunch was a BBQ on nusa lembongen followed by a shirt trip to floating pontoon for waterside, snorkelling, banana boat and swimming The staff were so obliging My family is still saying what a great day 5 star

A full day on the water

We enjoyed the entire experience. The sail to Lembongan Island was pleasant. Although the main sail is raised, the engines never cease. Not a trip for the sailing purist, but still one can say he went for a sail. The diving can be spectacular and the village tour is far better than expected, provided you have an interest in seaweed cultivation. The lunch buffet offered the typical tourist fare of satay, chicken and fish. The salads were fresh and light. One of the hosts, Eri, was friendly and informative. You can make memories on the banana boat, enjoy a water slide, snorkel, or just relax by the pool or beach at the club. There is something for everyone. It’s a must for anyone who wants an all exclusive experience for a whole day.
