I'm in the middle of the nicest n biggest airport I have ever experienced. Its astonishing, beautiful n huge And the most special n surprising thing I have experienced was getting Muslim Prayer Room, because in a Buddhist centric country like Thailand 🇹🇭 its very worm welcoming for Muslims.

Relaxing stay at Bangkok DMK Miracle lounge

Food spread had very few continental and vegetarian options . Ambience and view of airport good. Charger points available only in outer row near wall. No smoking room or sleeping pods available as was mentioned in booking coupon

Well below expectations

Overpriced, smaller lounges have no bathroom (had to walk 7 min to larger lounge to use a toilet a and they did not want to allow entry because we started at a lounge closer to our departure gate) Booking mix ups (even with prior purchase). Untidy (used plates left lying around over an hour) and unhygienic food presentation . Food tough, dry, cold. Drinks selection depleted. Staff did not care.

It was OK

It was OK I thought there could have been more selections of food, but could have been the fact it was 12.30 in the morning

Inefficient processing times

Incredibly inefficient. You REALLY NEED TO ARRIVE 4HRS BEFORE international flights to get though the various lines. And the walk to Gates is way longer than ANY OTHER AIRPORT. Worse thing is airlines And airport suggest differing processing times (LISTEN TO THE AIRLINE)!

Nightmare

It was a nightmare, 3 hours it took us to get through passport control, the queue was massive, it truly was tough going.

Waist of money

Could not even find the lounge Complete shambles definitely would not recommend this to anybody you might just as well pay on the day

Great place to wait for a flight

Great lounge with nice food, drinks and welcoming staff. It was a great place to wait for our flight. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great option

Great option when looking for a tranquil space when waiting for the departure flight. Very friendly service and profesional handling during booking process and lounge arrival. Will book again and recommend!

Lounge option in Bangkok airport

This is a fabulous option after having checked out of the hotel but still had a full day's exploring to do. Shower facilities most refreshing and food and drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend it.

nice but very average service and food

Nice spaces, lighting, very noisy still and food very average, not food was barely warm, not great quality shower was ok but dissapointing we had to leave after 2 hours. Not the best lounge experience

nice enough, but very average, especially the food.

It was a bit slow to gain access, took us around 20 with a prior booking to process, once in it was a nice space, food was ok not great, hot food was only just warm and generally not great quality though, sandwiches were actually off. Shower was good but overall it was useful but with only a two hour stay allowed we ended up wandering around and settling down outside. Overall Bangkok is still a least favourite airport of Aisia,

Had great time at VIP lounge, staff members were very cooperative. Will definitely recommend staying here during transit

Con job

Got to lounge refused access the lady at lounge was rude .she said always a problem with this operator they not send me any dragon keys that you need lounge lady said always happens with this operator and when I asked for refund they said to bad as they offer no refund so do not use this site for anything con job

Avoid this lounge

We were all herded into the dinning area and was told we were not aloud in the lounge area. It then got so busy there was no seats left they finally let us use the lounge side, of the lounge. The food was dryer than sand, being that there was only cheese or ham sandwiches. The soft drinks were flat. Wasn't really worth the money.

Customer service, needs one person to be retrained

I arrived two hours before my flight, reception were good, checking my ID, etc. I settled in but WiFi was a bit difficult, no problem reception sorted it quickly. Food and drinks are good, could be kept warmer, just hot water in the heating pan, no direct heat. But good and kept refreshed. I went to get some of the curry, as I was helping myself, this member of staff came up beside me and moved a spoon on the serving plate next to me and told me only to use one. I was only using one. I told him not to be so rude. My only complaint. I liked the lounge.

It’s not bad to rest while waiting for the flight

I used the miracle VIP room in D5, and the receptionist was very kind. I had a simple and delicious meal here. After drinking a bottle of Thai beer, I sat on the sofa and took a nap, then took a shower. Although there is no hot water in the shower area, it is quite spacious and visually gives you the feeling of being a VIP when using it. The overall feeling is that the reception, food, and equipment are pretty good, but there are a little less fruits and pastries. It's good to have a rest here while waiting for your connecting flight.

とても落ち着いた雰囲気のラウンジで、食事も大変美味しかったですね。人それぞれ趣味があるとは思いますが、スワンナプームの数あるラウンジの中でもトップクラスではないでしょうか。
