Excellent trip. Lovely boat. Superb views of Dubai. We booked for a 2 hour cruise from 6 and saw the spectacular subset and Dubai all lit up. Crew lovely and helpful. Lady who met us at the kiosk was amazingly helpful. Sorry don't know her name. High recommend

Must do in Dubai

Went with a group of my girl friends. Yacht was clean and ontime. The staff was very friendly and took pictures for us at all the major highlights. We had a blast!

Excellent trup

A fantastic birthday treat for the wife. A 2 hour trip took us all the way around the Palm. Captain Kumar and steward Jasper were excellent and made sure the experience was perfect. There is a supermarket opposite to pick up some supplies. They look after you the whole way,

Amazing trip - worth every penny!!!

We had the most amazing trip!!!! The boat was perfect lovely and clean. Both the driver (Kumar) and the tour guide (Asim) were absolutely brilliant. They were very attentive but knew when to give us time alone also. The sights are stunning! We did the 2 hour tour at 6pm and were lucky enough to get the sunset which was so romantic, bring your own beverages, nibbles and music to set the perfect scene. Is a brilliant experience for all types of groups! Honestly couldn’t fault this experience at all. Definitely a memory that will never leave us. A massive thanks to Kumar and Asim for making it so special!!!

From Texas to Dubai

We were late due to personal reasons but they let us turn up late and still have us a good tour around the marina. Thank you to the captain who was very nice and understanding. Was a shame we couldn’t reschedule, but nevertheless still got 45 minutes of our two hours.

Warning - Be aware of any company that will not take responsibility for their equipment

My daughter suffered a incident whilst getting into the boat from the water. Here finger was nearly amputated by a sharp object on the boat. She had to have plastic surgery to reattach the fingertip. Everest said that it was not their responsibly as we had signed a liability release form. I have requested a report of the incident ( which was not reported to them by their crew)and a copy of the alleged release form 4 times, which have all been ignored. Be aware of any company that will not take responsibility for their equipment that was being used in the normal manner and hide behind a so called lability release form

The scenery was to die for

There was 10 friends there to party. We had a great time. The first boat was too small. So we upgraded no regrets we had a great time.

A chilled day

When we arrived and saw the size of the yacht for 10 of us we were not happy. They quickly upsold us a bigger yacht. We were much happier ut this took 25 minutes out of our sailing time. The crew was helpful and nice. We had a great time the scenery was spectacular.

They changed my reservation time and message me after the new time started. I get a message after the new time started stating arrive 15 minutes early with the address.

Fantastic trip

We had a fantastic morning on our private yacht cruise. We chose the 2 hour tour to see the Atlantis and then to swim near jumeriah beach. It was a fantastic experience the guys were very helpful and took group pictures for us and pointed out all the sights along the way. Changing area provided below deck and towels and water also supplied. Booked via get your guide.

The crew was excellent . Perry not only is a great host he also takes the most fantastic photos . Overall the experience was beyond expectations . The boat was clean just be aware you need to preorder alcohol or buy your own .

Great experience

This was a great experience the views were phenomenal and the Captain and Co-Captain were gracious and accommodating. My only complaint was that the boat was dated other than that I was satisfied and would definitely do it again.

Yacht hire

Brilliant day, fantastic company. We arrived for our booking and were promptly taken to the yacht. The 2 staff which took us out were absolutely fantastic pointing out landmarks and taking brilliant photos for us on our devices. We were a party of 10 who would all highly recommend. Thank you for a great day.

Disappointing

It was a smooth transaction during the booking process. Antonio attended to all our concerns. On the day itself, however, was very stressful. Their representative on their booth was very disrespectful. We booked 10 days prior the event. We were not expecting to have the boat one hour prior our schedule but it was inappropriate to accept a booking that would finish at 3:10pm since we were booked to sail at 3:00pm. They committed that they would help with the decorations and asked us to arrive 15mins earlier, so we were expecting that we would start decorating and loading the items 15mins prior the cruise time but we were not able to do that. We also asked for trolleys for our items, but again, we were ignored by the team and we carried our items all by ourselves without any help from any of the staff. When we started loading our things at 3:10pm, the boat was a mess. One washroom had issues and trashes from the previous guests were still there. The rooms were also dirty. All staff were rushing, it was a lot of hassle, they did not even get a chance for a proper clean up and the boat was not sanitized. What was more disappointing was right after I informed the manager, Fernanda, personally about these issues, she got defensive and did not even apologize. I saw her talk to her team and they just started laughing, which gave us a conclusion that Fernanda did not even acknowledge our frustration, that they are used to complaints and they are not taking them seriously. We started sailing late so the kids did not get a chance to swim. The crew on board, Victor, was kind and cheerful, but the stress and frustration that the other staff and the manager herself were too much. I sent the manager my thoughts via WhatsApp the morning after the event. She read the messages but there was no apology nor response the whole day. She did not reach out until I posted my review online. Instead of just apologizing, she still insisted on her staff’s false statements. Very unreliable and unprofessional. So disappointing!

Horrible service

Not recommended at all. Their staff in the reception is not professional. They accepted a booking that will end at 3:10pm and our booking is at 3:00pm. They did not get a chance to clean and sanitize the boat because they were all rushing. Washroom and the room is too messy and not working properly. We started late so we did not get a chance to swim. The manager, Fernanda is very unprofessional. My wife informed her about the issues but she just laughed about it and she was trying to defend instead of solving the issues. Very unprofessional. There is a lot of other yacht charters around. Do not waste your time and money here.

It wasn't totally what we expected or similar to our other experiences yachting. The best part was seeing Dubai from the water and taking great pictures of the wonderful architecture. Additionally, the captain and attendant were professional and polite. ... The yacht was booked without proper time to clean between cruises (the interior/exterior) AT NO FAULT of the attendant. The signage wasn't prominent to get to check-in for the cruise. ... Some of the things we were told (i.e. the grill, fishing,)

Fab time seeing Dubai from sea

Fab experience from start to finish. We booked this through Julius in the Dubai Mall and it was so easy and simple. 6 of us hired the boat for 4 hours and it was perfect time!! The price is so good for what you get, over half the price that we were quoted in our hotel. The meet up was really easy at the marina, and the manager and crew were really friendly and couldn’t do more for us. We never had an empty bottle of water! We saw so much of Dubai from the boat and loved stopping off for swimming!! It was amazing and we would 100% recommend doing this boat tour and would definitely recommend doing at least 4 hours.

Good trip on an average boat. Fairly good value for money and friendly staff. That said the staff on the boat were listening to the cricket and I was not told about connecting our phone and it felt as though they were expecting more than the £20 tip I left.

Worst Boating Experience Ever

Amazing I previously wrote a negative review but don't see it listed. So obviously they remove all the negative reviews. But I will tell you this was a HORRIBLE experience from beginning to the end. Starting with the fact after I made the purchase I attempted to contact the company more than 3 times to inquire about the tour and stops on the tour but didn't receive a response. Once I finally got a receive it was on WhatsApp which was fine until they stopped responding to this number all together. Although they advertised fishing and grilling equipment along with towels, none of it was provided. They also advertised an English speaking tour guide and of course NO ONE on the boat besides the paying guests spoke or understood English. I started messaging the WhatsApp number 3 days prior (and every day until the day of) to the trip to confirm location, logistics and fishing and grilling but no one responded. On the day of I even tried calling only to find out that number was not working, so I had no way to communicate with them (and yes I tried emailing again but no luck). Because I couldn't communicate with anybody we couldn't not easily locate the location and was late so finally someone contacted me from a different number, they guided us to the oldest most rundown looking boat on the dock and when they started it up it had more smoke than a steam engine train. The boat smoked the entire tour and got a lot of us sick. We ended the tour early, but because no one on board could understand us we had to contact the number to tell them to bring us back. To add insult to injury, I tried to report this horrible situation and I received a response stating it was my fault we weren't able to go fishing and grilling because we didn't inform the to bring the equipment even though that was never mentioned in the advertisements and that if we had a working number to communicate with them I could've informed them but they didn't, but I guess that was my fault.

Amazing Cruise ! Great Staff

I took the cruise yesterday to celebrate our friend 40's birthday and it was great! The yacht is very luxurious and very clean! They were 3 people helping us with the food and the cleaning and supervising the swimmers ! Recommend this company.. and Actually we are already planning to come back !

Amazing company who are reliable and very professional!

I am lucky enough to have used this company alot over the past couple of years and they never dissapoint! They have an amazing fleet of yachts and they are all super clean and come with the most helpful crew! Ice and soft drinks are provided along with a really good sound system for you to Bluetooth all your favorite music! I could not reccomend this company enough, we always have the best day whenever we go out to sea with Everest Yachts!

What an awesome day!

My family of 5 did a 2 hour cruise on a 50ft yacht which included a crew of 3 and drinks. We had the most awesome time! From the moment we stepped onto the boat we were treated like royalty with a friendly welcome by the skipper and his crew who made sure we were happy the whole time. We sailed through the marina out to Atlantis for photos and stopped for a swim on the way back. The boat itself was immaculate. 3 decks, bluetooth and 2 bathrooms. We felt like celebrities. This was a trip we will never forget and such good value for money. I can't recommend enough.

Great Boat, staff and experience!

Highly recommend this company. Boat was immaculate, staff were helpful and friendly and the cruise was great. We chose to go at sunset so we had the best of both worlds with the sun and then city lights.

AMAZING !

Reserved private yacht for my mothers birthday and it was truly an amaaaaaaazing experience. I called the day before to make the reservation and they were super helpful, they offered to decorate the boat and that really managed our expectations! Crew was also very friendly and supportive taking pictures. You can see on the picture how the boat was decorated. Once again best experience! We did a three hour boat tour and we went all the way to Burj Al Arab, if you can you can easily book four hours as this will give you more time to swim as well, it’s never too long! ☺️

Great Sundowner With Beautiful Yacht

I contacted Everest Yachts the night before for a 3 hour yacht hire and they were ready to accommodate our every need from the get go. Fernanda was incredibly helpful and gave me tons of info on how to make the experience run smooth. On the day of our trip Fernanda contacted me saying they need to do some maintenance work on the yach we wanted and she will upgrade us to a bigger yacht at no extra cost. Not only she was kind enough to do this, she apologised for the inconvenience! When on the boat the captain and the 2 mates were brilliant. They made us feel so safe and welcome and helped generously to make our experience a fantastic one. From the moment they answered my call, to the time we stepped of the boat everything was perfect. Our out of town guests loved it and I'd recommend Everest yachts to everyone. There are a lot of competitors out there but one of them even said to me the price I got for the service I paid for is fantastic. Thank you for everything Team Everest!

Excellent trip, excellent service

I booked a yacht for my birthday at short notice and the service from start to finish was excellent. The booking team went out of their way to find me the right yacht and also we had specific timings which they were able to accommodate at short notice. The onboard team were great and everything we requested was no trouble. I will be using Everest Yacht again for my next trip....highly recommended!

Die Bootsfahrt war sehr...

Die Bootsfahrt war sehr schön und wir können das nur weiterempfehlen. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag , das man wenigstens ein Obst Teller oder Kaffee angeboten bekommt. Wir hatten eine 6 stündige Fahrt gehabt, das Grillen ist leider auch weg gefallen, obwohl das mit drin stand.

Um dia de sol com vistas incríveis

Passamos algumas horas em um passeio perfeito com a família explorando as vistas mais icônicas de Dubai. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a informação sobre o ponto de encontro. Marcaram em frente a um restaurante que não existe mais.

Dubaï magique au lever du soleil

L'expérience a commencé moyennement. L'heure du rdv était à 06:00, et à 06:10 personne n'est venu ouvrir. Il a fallu demander à un agent de la sécurité d'aller chercher le capitaine. Mais après ça, tout simplement magnifique. . Le personnel très sympa, bien que pas très anglophone, le yacht correspondait à nous attentes. En fait de boisson, il n'y avait que de l'eau mais c'était pas très grave. Bref je conseille vraiment, surtout au lever du soleil
