We had a great experience with Grand Adventure Tourism Dubai, AE. Our tour guide agent whose name is Sajawal. He was very helpful and informative during our trip to Abu Dhabi. The service he provided during our trip was incredible! My first priority is always my safety, and he has delivered. I strongly recommend other travellers to engage with them.

Never book this tour...

This operator sub-contracted the tour to a local cab driver. The driver didn't have any idea about the tour details. He didn't provide any of the included items in the package, NOT even the bottled water! He took us into all specified stops and asked us to go out of the cab, if we want! Dubai being extremely hot in July (around 105 deg) we didn't even get out of the car in many stops! Actually, for this kind of non-professional tour, we could get a local cab for one third of the cost. Never book a tour with this operator. I booked different Viator tours in the past and all were really excellent. Just wondering how this guy got approved by Viator!!
