Ultimate tour

Mohammed created the perfect itinerary for us. His expertise in knowledge of the culture, religion, history, development of Dubai, government, architecture, infrastructure, as well as entertainment & sightseeing are incredible. He provided the ultimate tour for us. While there were numerous tour groups from all over the world in large busses & long lines, he escorted us privately to each sight never having to wait in a line for anything, thus avoiding the crowds. We even went into the mosque fashioned after the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. Dubai is a fascinating city & this tour condensed the most important features highlighted by Mohammed.

A nice trip to see Dubai

Good overview of Dubai for those short on time

I would like to preface this review by saying this is a good way to get a taste of Dubai and the lay of the land, especially if you want to plan future visits. Therefore the tour itself was useful to me as I was in Dubai for just a day and got a taste of Dubai. However, the tour guide whilst knowledgeable was biased to some guests over others…it was clear some guests were given preferable treatment by the tour guide, they spoke his native language from what I can gather. I also didn’t like that we were lead to a specific shop in the spice souk with a vendor who was extremely pushy and clearly overcharging us, as we enquired into prices of nearby vendors. At some point the vendor was speaking to us like kids, telling us to be quiet and listen. My colleague made a purchase with the next door vendor and just the body language and dirty looks given to us by the guide left us very uncomfortable. At the gold souk, it was the same the guide tried to get us into an overcrowded store which all of us refused, he was visibly annoyed and then he lead us to another overpriced store. The souk experience left us feeling pressured and uncomfortable. Needless to say I didn’t feel the need to give gratuity as the tour was not as welcoming. We were also scolded for purchasing items at a tourist shop at the pointe in jumeriah. Again tour is great for a taste of Dubai and I would say it was worth the money I paid but the passive aggressive nature of the tour guide was not appreciated. The driver was a very good driver and he made sure we all returned safely to our destination hotels.

Guide was excellent

Today we was veryg Happy to do a tour with navita tourism. Our Guide Vishnu was very informative he throughly provide all information. Also Driver Raja very good and Safe Driver .We really Appreciate his knowledge about City of Dubai. Thanks for Wonderfull Day.

Simple, smooth and very informative

This tour was simple, smooth, and incredibly informative. Despite the short duration, we managed to visit numerous places. Our tour guide, Chamil, was exceptionally friendly and created a fantastic atmosphere within the group. Highly recommended for a delightful exploration!

Fantastic New and Old Dubai tour

Great 3.5 hr insight tour of new and old Dubai. From the friendly and prompt hotel pick and return, and John, our fabulous tour guide, who told us so many interesting and informative facts/history about this amazing city. If you haven’t been to Dubai and want an overview of what to do and where to go or just a quick tour of you’re in Dubai for a short time, I highly recommend this tour, which is also very reasonably priced. We saw and did everything that was outlined in the description~ book it, you won’t regret it.

Dubai in 4 hours

Guide was very thorough, had a very pleasant manner and was very considerate Dubai. Despite heavy traffic in late afternoon (Ramadan) driver was excellent in getting us between the many stops. I would recommend this trip

One of the best tours

We had a lovely tour of Dubai with our tour guide John. We visited the Burj Al Arab, The Palm, crossed the creek in aa Abra to see the Gold & Spice Souks. We got between 15 and 45 minutes to ourselves in each location, which was enough to walk around and take photographs. John also gave us a running commentary in the bus of the places we passed. We were also collected and dropped off at our hotel. This half day tour lasted just under 4 hours, and we would highly recommend it. Well worth the money for what you get.

We booked a luxury city tour - half day and it was amazing. Nicely curated, the Deira, Al Seef , gold souk, spice souk, water taxi and the dubai frame. It was an amazing experience, Anees our guide was highly recommend this trip

Enjoyable time saving half day CITY tour.

The trip was timely. Guide was cheerful, explained the points very well. All the points mentioned in the itenery were well covered. Enjoyed visit specifically to Islamic art gallery, jumeria beach & palm Atlantis. Overall nice experience.

Wonderful and informative tour

A wonderful afternoon seeing the old and new sites of Dubai. Even though I've been here several time I learned so much from our guide Syed, about the UAE, Dubai, Islam and the royal family. From culture to commerce it was so informative. He was so attentive with my 3yo son and made the whole tour such a delight!

Dubai first time experience

Anees is really knowledgeable and friendly. He knows all the good touristic spot where people can take instagrammable pics. He also very friendly & polite. He help me a lot in taking pictures of myself (I am a solo traveller). I would recommend Anees to all travellers.

Dubai's finest and worst...

There was riot coming down because of undisciplined tourists however, the view was spectacular........

Positive, safe and clean

The old part of Dubai set against the modern new Dubai- fascinating!! Anu was our guide and he gave clear explanations and managed the group very well. Very pleasant experience!

Effective, Efficient Way to See Dubai…. If arrived in AM, do PM tour 👍👍👍

Anu was our tour manager…. A Sri Lankan, he spoke both impeccable English & German on our tour (I speak both) GREAT way to see highlights of the city. Efficient in by passing lines / queues… Anu’s communications pre trip to arrival and upon departure were EXCELLENT. His knowledge in explaining UAE history and introducing us to Dubai was 👍👍👍👍 A PERFECT way to see highlights THEN follow up on specific areas afterwards. We did the 1pm pickup afternoon tour which was PERFECT as we arrived at 8am and while jet lagged, it was a great way to acclimate Well done.

Not what we'd hoped for

Sadly this was not one of the best city tours we've been on as it was chaotic from start to finish, the rendezvous with the coach was delayed due to traffic, when we finally got to the coach we started the tour with a visit to a mosque which was excellent but only lasted about 15 minutes. We were then ushered onto the bus and the guide advised us of how this was going to work! If we didn't shut up he would not continue the commentary (the talker was translating into Italian for his wife, quietly). We did a "visit" to the Burj al Arab which was actually a stop at the beach near the Burj and the main photo opp was as we drove past the road leading to it! Next stop Atlantis, we were allowed on to the beach opposite the hotel so our view was across the water and again, warned to be back to the coach in 10 minutes or we would be left behind and would have to get a taxi to the next stop! The creek was on the tour and we had a ride across the Creek, looked at a tourist shop for 20 minutes then were shown the souks, advised to walk the length of it and come back as we would be leaving in 10 minutes. We then went to the bus stop to wait for the coach which took about 30 minutes to arrive again due to traffic (I'm not sure if it was just a bad day for the local traffic). Dropped off at the Mall (after the tour had finished) we had a fabulous afternoon there and went to the water display for 18:00. The tour is inexpensive but I'm not sure it's value for money

Usefull and informative half-day tour

We did this half-day city tour with my family on 4th of January. Everything was very well organized and explained throughly from our guide Janu. It is as it described, we visited the main attractions of Dubai in this 4.30 hours tour. Our driver Mr. Thameem was very also very kind to drop us at the end of the tour to a place of our choice so as to continue from there on our own. If we come again in Dubai we will certainly choose you again for our activities.

4 hours tour in Dubai

Worth doing and good value

The stops were on point. Guide Anu very knowledgeable. Tour felt a little rushed and the time from our pick up to the tour starting was and hour and a half (we were the first picked up). Overall a good half day tour to see the sights.

Loved our city tour of Dubai

I enjoy small group tours. We were a party of 6 and we covered all the key highlights of the city. Our guide Junaid was very knowledgeable and polite and our driver Habib did a great job driving us, both gentlemen made sure we had a great tour of the city.
