I booked desert safari and city tour, all places were covered, tour was very informative, guide was knowledgeable,

Fine if you are looking for an uninformative drive around Dubai

Tour guide arrived an hour late and did not communicate so I thought I had been forgotten. The help centre for the tour was quick to respond and let me know they were running late and blamed it on traffic. None the less, they are from here and should be aware of the traffic in the area and do pickups accordingly. Guide never said a word until we got to the frame. He then told us a few things but mostly looked at this phone. Though it was an English language tour, the company had about 2/3 of the group who didn't speak a word so the guide had to translate and seemed to say much more when speaking in Urdu. Stops were quick and we were left on our own unlike another tour I took where the guide walked with us and took pictures for everyone with personal cameras. There was a very irate woman who thought we were going to the spice markets and she was angry the entire tour and the guide didn't help, just ignored her. I was glad I hadn't paid much. We had four stops and it was like on-off tour bus.

Not good at all

They were supposed to pick us up between 8:45 and 9:00 and picked us up at 9:45 which means we started one hour late. The tour was nothing special, very little time in the interesting places and a LOT of time at the shop which I would have preferred to spend in other interesting places in the city. I would strongly recommend doing better research than the one I did so you choose a much better tour than this one.

It Was Ok!

The tour served it's purpose, getting us to the different Dubai attractions. Otherwise, I've been on better organized city tours where the guide takes time to share facts about the attractions and shares unique information.

An excellent tour of Dubai in half day with a very knowledgeable guide, Jeewan, who went out of his way to help us see sights Having lived in Dubai in the late 1970’s we were eager to see the old Clock Tower roundabout and the Creek area. The tour brought back some wonderful happy memories!!

City Tour was awesome

Booked through ECOS Hotel Receptionist , We were 6 persons, Entire tour was well organized, The guide was very knowledgeable , he had minor details of the city . Plus the added benefit is that he is a good Photographer

I booked the service service through viator for 12persons , I was immediately messaged by tour operator about confirmation and pickup timings The next day I was surprised the guide has arranged a private tour for us and no other guest , Thanks a lot for understanding our requirement and for not adding an extra cost While I was going through the reviews here I saw all the reviews are written as I experienced it Love you guys , thank you for everything

Our tour guide was Tiffany who was great! She picked us up from hotel and spent with us half day. We saw a lot of Dubai attractions and Tiffany told us about the city’s history and highlights. She was also great at taking pictures, so we have great memories! Highly recommend this tour and Tiffany
