Wonderful experience

Dinner and a cruise was amazing. Great communication with my driver, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable. The actual dinner was great, the buffet had a nice selection of very tasty food and the entertainment wasn't all that but it was creative and I did very much enjoy it. I would most definitely do it again with the same company if I ever come back to Dubai.

Tacky but sweet

Rayna Dhow Cruise, Al Seef Dubai: I love tacky boat rides, especially if they are brightly lit. Dubai creek and marina are in no shortage of Dhow cruises so it's down to where you're staying at and how many stars you're looking at. Thankfully, our Dhow cruises is a short 10 minute down the Al Seef creek from Hilton Canopy. The formula is staid - snag a rooftop dining seat so you get the best view. Dinner begins shortly after cruise departs. It's an Indian buffet where you don't set your bars of expectations too high. After reading enough terrible reviews, I think ours was OK. There's plenty of meat staples and as pescatarians, we have one precious butter fish to contend with. Midway through the cruise, there's always the traditional Sufi Tanoura dancing with brightly-lit skirt which is truly a spectacle. You get to see other brightly-lit Dhows ala deepsea creature flashing lights cool filing up and down the creek. I think our Dhow was relatively small. Jannat seems to have a true hunk of a Dhow - majestic and massive, with loud music booming down the waterway. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Cheap and gross.

This was absolutely the worst!!! The boarding was horrible. The food was cold and tasteless. I felt like i was on a rescue boat. I would not recommend this boat cruise to my worst enemy.

Horrible - Scam

Horrible experience trying to book a tour with this company. First double charged after attempting to book on their website. Then, no tickets or confirmation came through. Repeated emails with the company with no success at a refund. I have had to dispute this with the credit card company.

Pathetic service

We have booked Shared Transfer for trio package and burj khalifa but when driver was going to pick up guest they said shared transfer not possible to your location . when you can't provide shared transfer then why you booked and charged us for this service.

Excellent experience with Rayna Tours especially travel consultant Ozair Hussain he is very helpful guy and help us to made a reservation for Tow activities in Dubai. I recommend this company for all visitors.

The food was delicous. The service provided was excelent. It was a great experience. Also the transport from the hotel to the pier worked good.

Just OK

Dinner was scheduled to start at 20:00, but we didn’t pull from the dock until 21:15. We started eating at roughly 21:30 and the cruise ended about 22:30. Although the food was just ok, there was a lot of wasted time.

Don't even bother booking with these guys.... Never confirm the booking and when you call to follow up they keep on hanging up and have to follow up multiple times. Had to cancel

I have not been able to book with rayna tours, I suppose their web chat service is extremely lax . It has been two weeks since I last enquired for a dhow cruise package for three have not received any quote yet. I'll just assume that maybe they only have swift responses for influencers which is so biased and funny.

Overall the experience is superb.

So we had booked our cruise with Rayna Tours on Klook.com 3 days in advance. Rayna's reviews were really nice. On the day of the tour my husband dropped me, my kids, my father -in-law and uncle at the site. The voucher or ticket however read as Oberoi tour. So we were confused, however we thought that both the companies may be coordinating with each other on this tour. When we reached Oberoi tours, we were told that our names are not in their guest lis. Is was an utter shock for us, considering we were hosting the tour for my father -in-law and uncle. The Oberoi tour person was helpful and just asked us to make our way to Rayna Tours show cruise on the other side of the creek. We tried getting a taxi but to no avail. Since we had arrived there early, we had another 10 mins to reach the boat. There were smaller boats that take passengers across to the other side. However, the 2 dhs per passenger was now going to cost us 50 dhs and that too of the Rayna tour people allow him to take us there. In the mean time my husband contacted Rayna Tours over a call with me and told them about our situation. The tour personel Mr. Dheeraj was very helpful and asked to speak to the boat driver and asked him to take us to the entrance door. The driver did exactly and we actually walked right into the dhow cruise!!! the food was nice, the dance performance was even better. Overall a very pleasant stay and everyone enjoyed it till the last. Thank you Rayna Tours for making his trip very memorable inspite of the starting hiccups. My advice to everyone who wants to enjoy the dhow cruise with dinner. Please make sure that you book Directly from Rayna Tours website and not through any other agent. That way your booking is perfect and you will also enjoy the rest of the evening. Regard, Tejaswi Benjamin.

don't get the shared pick up service

The cruise on it's own was great, the pick up service was terrible, lots os time wasted... they shoul ar least warn you that shared pick up will take more than 1 hour.. Fully recomend to instead get a taxi

Creek cruise by night

We were three adults. We chose the upper deck to enjoy the breezy atmosphere. The seating was beautiful. The weather was lovely and the views were panoramic. The cruise was well organized and the staff are very friendly. The food was good, a variety of chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as fruits. We have really enjoyed the evening cruise and we will recommend to our friends and family. Al Seef is always a great choice to explore as the place offers a wide variety of local shops, a museum, restaurants, coffee shops and other attractions.

Cruise was not 120 mins as advertised.

I paid for 120 mins of cruising but the cruise was only 90 mins. When asked for partial refund or compensation, only apology is given. I'll nvr use them again.

Dhow Cruise at Dubai Creek

Well it was a little bit disappointing. One of my friend suggested Rayna Tourism and i booked with high hopes. My brother was visiting me from Kuwait. We were told that we have our booking on Dhwo named Al Khaleej. We reached at 7:30pm well before time to get some better sitting place. But that lady who was checking the tickets said we have our booking on another Dhow named Aysha 2. I told her that we have booked for Al Khaleej but she was not ready to listen. She asked her to wait there as someone will guide us to Aysha 2. We kept on waiting there while all other people boarded the cruise. After that i went to her once again and showed her the email from Rayna Tours which clearly was mentioning our booking was on Dhow Al khaleej. After my insisting she let us go in this cruise. But that was not a pleasant decision in my opinion. That Aysha 2 might have been better. First, there was no soap in the washroom and it was smelly. I complained and later they arranged a soap. We kept on waiting and boad sailed at 8:45pm in anticipation of more customers to fill it. On receiving announcement a pre-recorded message was there saying THIS DHOW WOULD BE FOR TWO HOURS, which was not at all true as we came back sharp 10:10pm. We just sailed and there was announcement of dinner. Dinner was good. Music was much boring. Very soft melodies were there. There was not a single arabian song played killing all the actual meaning of traditional ARABIAN DHOW CRUISE and there were no english songs too. Then was tanura dance. That guy was amazing. After this we went upper deck and was surprised to see that boat was staying in waters a little outside of the lights and other dhow cruise sailing areas near a bridge as if the captain was just killing the time to return back. Overall i will rate this trip as below average. If someone is interested in dinner then its ok, but if someone is interested in real traditional dhow cruise with true arabian cultural touch he should not opt it at all.

El paseo fue muy bonito, el artista hizo un gran show y la vista del río es muy bonito, lo único es mejorar la limpieza del buffet, puede ser mejor. Recomiendo el paseo.

Bella veduta del Dubai creek dal dhow

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Dubai abbiamo prenotato questa crociere di due ore sul creek. Siamo stati prelevati dall'hotel e, una volta imbarcati sul dhow, ci è stato assegnato il tavolo. Durante la cena, che è stata buona, abbiamo goduto del panorama che si vede dal creek, in particolare sul bel quartiere persiano di Al Fahidi. Unica nota negativa: pensavamo che avremmo avuto un tavolo solo per noi invece i tavoli erano da quattro o più persone salvo pochi tavoli da due prenotati.
