Burj Khalifa At The Top Tickets - Dubai

Not really a building. Just a big aerial with a few offices at the bottom

I booked a time slot of 2 pm so I could “skip the line”. When I arrived the queue was about 200 deep. It took an hour to get to the front of the line and elevators. No seating anywhere during the wait except on the floor even though there was room. Got to the top in only 60 seconds…..amazing views of course. It was akin to a ride in Disneyland….one hour wait for a 5 minute wonder. Tried to find a book in the gift shop on the construction of the tower which I thought people would be interested in but alas….nothing. Just books on Dubai as a city. I somehow feel that the claim to be the tallest building in the world but when you look at it it look just like a big aerial with a bit of office space at the bottom. Anyway I did it and thanks to all who were involved in building it

Worst experience in Dubai

Worst experience in Dubai, over booked . At least one hour to wait time to get up with lift and getting down is even worse. Don't visit it. Look on a ground fountain show and enjoy fress air. 10 min view on 2 hours waiting time NOT WORTH IT.

This Trip was amazing! Mr. Murtaza (Rayna Tours) booked the right tour for us. We had the vip experience. Everyone has to wait. But we had first choice. Thanks for the opportunity.

The tour was really amazing… thanks to Mr. Ozair Hussain who planned such a wonderful tour which was hassle free for me and my family. Highly recommended if you are planning to take a dubai tour.

A must-do, but be prepared to queue

A must-do when visiting Dubai but there is a lot of queuing. We purchased a 7pm ticket, spent about 15 minutes at the top (you can spend as long as you like but there's nowhere to sit) but the whole experience took about 2 hours. Having to queue to come down again was really annoying. Go early or late to cut down on queuing time. The views are amazing though.

Do not buy via Viator

I would not book this via Viator. Was happy to pay extra (extra $25) because Viator showed availability at 7:30 pm but then the agent could not get tickets for 7:30 pm and only provided the option for 10:30 pm. Just book directly through the ATT website.

overcharged for the Burj khalifa tickets

overcharged for the Burj khalifa tickets; was charged 560 aed per person, which is higher than the listed price on the website, and no 25% discount for booking online. And even Rayna was asking for a review, after I gave a 2 star review, they refuses to let me submit the review.

The view is excellent, but too expensive (price to what you get and what to see) and extremely long waiting in line to get in and out!!

Dubai Tower - Burj Khalifa: At The Top

This is a must see in Dubai. The tour of Burj Khalifa: At The Top is accessed through the Dubai Mall. Registering on-line is the easiest, but you can buy tickets on-site. The service is well managed and staged in groups with time slots so the waiting time is minimized. I would recommend taking the tour that goes to the 154st floor. There is slightly less expensive ticket to a lower floor. There are restrooms available and plenty of walking space without much congestion. If you'd like memory photograph, but no obligation to purchase the photo.

Brilliant & great service from Abdel

We actually did the dessert safari, dinner cruise in marina & berj khalifa we were staying at the W Hotel & the agent there Abdel was amazing he took time to explain all the different tours to us to make sure it was tailored to what we wanted to do & fit into our schedule. Addel really gave us a personal service & he had a great knowledge of everything. He also checked after the trips to make sure was all satisfactory. Each of the tours were brilliant i fully recommend doing them if you are visiting Dubai.

A lovely afternoon

A great afternoon looking out over Dubai from The Top of the Burj Khalifa. We did 3 floors 124,125 &148 and fast tracked The queues and offered free drinks.

We spent a day with Waseem Abaas

We spent a day with Waseem abbas, a very friendly and thoughtful guide tour. He showed us the most important attractions of the city of Dubai, always with a lot of concerne and kindness. Everything that we told and showed us was very helpful for us to try to understand and embrace a different culture. We are very grateful and amazed with our guide city tour and all i have to do right now is to recommend a trip day with Waseem in Dubai City. P.S: Due to the weather, one of the best places to view the city of Dubai is Waseem's car, because he always keeps the air conditioner at its maximum.

Fabulous views - spectacular experience.

Excellent views. Highly recommended. We went for more expensive 148th floor tickets in order to avoid crowds and have better views. When we came down to 125th floor we found views to be comparable. Number of people was also similar. But it is corona time. I assume that during normal times it would pay to purchase 148th floor tickets. Overall very nice attraction - definitely worth doing. I purchased tickets on Raynatours website - their price was 10% lower than Burj Khalifa website!

it was a good travel advisor called Muhammad Waseem Abbas, he explained everything to us very precisely. And we were able to gain good experience of what is going on in dubai, unfortunately we didn't had enough time. it was so interesting and informative, because of this man.

Beeindruckende Aussicht von Level 124. Sonnenuntergang über The Palm ist faszinierend. Dubai bei Nacht aus der Vogelperspektive war ein tolles Erlebnis.

Verschiedene Ausflüge haben uns Dubai näher gebracht

Generell: Haben Sie Fragen? Fragen Sie sie Ahmed Syed im Hotel Royal Central - The Palm direkt neben dem Empfang. Er hat wertvolle Tipps und organisiert wunschgemäss was man gerne haben möchte. Transfer-Möglichkeiten in die Stadt: Möchte man in die Stadt ins Zentrum kommt man an einem Taxi nicht herum wenn man auf der Palme das Hotel gebucht hat. Ahmed Syed organisiert hier das gewünschte und schaut das man den gewünschten Betrag für den Transfer nicht überzahlt. z.B. in die Mall kostet das normale Taxi ca. 70-80 AED. Während Rush-Hours aber schwierig. Da kommt man mit dem Limousinen-Service mit ca. 100-120 AED besser weg (Fixpreis verhandeln). Stadt-Kennenlernen mit Bus Hop-On/Off: Auch hier bucht einem Ahmed Syed gute Tickets und berät einem welche Route man nehmen kann und wo man sinnvoll ein/aus steigen kann. Wir waren so den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben sehr viel sehen und erleben können. Malls (Mall of Emirates und Dubai Mall) / Dubai Fountains: Nehmen sie sich genügend Zeit mit. Es ist gewaltig was hier alles drin ist. Es ist so gross, dass man sich auch leicht verliert, deshalb immer wieder kurzer Check an den Info-Terminals. Speziell sind die Food-Courts wo man wirklich alles findet zum Essen. Aber auch die vielen anderen Shopping-Möglichkeiten und das wilde Treiben der vielen Menschen ist beeindruckend. Schliessen Sie den Trip doch am Abend mit einem Besuch der Dubai-Fountains ab in einem guten Restaurant (auch hier gibt es gute Tipps am Empfang). eine der Hauptattraktionen / Burj Khalifa: Ausflug auf das höchste Gebäude mit Lounge und VIP-Pass lohnt sich. Dank der guten Beratung von Ahmed Syed haben wir für uns das richtige gebucht für diesen Ausflug. Vorbei an den grossen Schlangen zum Direkt-Check-In. Dann ein wenig mit der Menschenmenge mitgehen in den ersten beiden Liftaufzügen. Ja und dann einfach nur geniessen. Die Lounge im 154 Stock lohnt den Aufpreis auf jeden Fall. Wir haben den Abend-Slot um 19:30 Uhr genommen und die Aussicht sowohl draussen als auch drinnen in den beiden Lounges einfach nur genossen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.
