Tour was great. We enjoyed a lot. The attractions and sites of Abu Dhabi are very beautiful and well organized for tourists. Recommended to go Abu Dhabi if you visit Emirates. as it is totally different and good experience.

My husband and I did the Abu Dhabi day tour and it was absolutely great. First, they accommodated to our schedule and needs based on the time we had available, and our tour guide and driver, Hassan Abbas was fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable, resourceful polite and an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and get to know Abu Dhabi. The vehicle we traveled in was in great condition and was very spacious. The private tour is highly recommended for small groups looking to have a more tailored and comfortable experience. Thanks so much Hassan! Highly recommended!!!

I quite liked the visit to the mosque, the only bad thing was the rush of time, which is very rushed, but very pleasant. I also liked the visit to the Louvre museum and the world of Ferrari. The guide Hassan Abbas is very attentive and gives a very good explanation

Must do Day trip!!

This was such an awesome experience. The guide was knowledgeable and familiar with the city. I learned a lot of history and background of the city and culture.

Abu Dhabi trip

We had a great time again with this company on a Abu Dhabi tour. Guide Muhammad was amazing and knowledgeable about all the sites. Well explained And recommended to try if anyone visit Dubai

we could not join because of tour operators (willingly?) neglect

We, family of 5, were ready to join the trip at 8:45, 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. When calling the tour operator at 9:10, we were blamed for being late and he mentioned that he could not manage to contact us. No message was left behind with the staff at the reception of the hotel that they were looking for us. From my phone I saw later that I had one missed call of 8:23. At that time we were having our breakfast 20 meters from the reception. I don't know if this was willingly done but the tour operator showed no intention to help us out. We can only guess for the reason for not including us: cancelling the tour because of not enough customers or overbooking. At least it was a great disappointment for the 5 of us. At least I hope a full refund will be arranged although this does not compensate for a lost day.

Pros and Cons

I would not recommend this particular company for a tour. Our guide was friendly and knew the area well so this review is not meant to reflect bad on her part. Of the 5 places we visited, only the Mosque and the Heritage Village were worth the trip but....... we were only given 5 minutes at the Presidential Palace Hotel, 20 minutes at Ferrari World and, by far the worst experience of all, we had to endure a lengthy, high pressure sales pitch for "carpets hand woven with 24 karat gold and fine gems" offered at the same price as a decent pair of shoes. Do the math. This does not represent the culture or history of Abu Dhabi and should not be part of the tour.

All in all very good!

It was a very good Daytrip with a really good driver and much Information. Good Photo-stops and a good Timing for all acitivites. We were 4 People in one car, so it was really clear. Only one Hour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.

Very interesting day trip

I travelled alone and really enjoyed this trip to Abu Dhabi. Great tour guide, friendly and knowledgeable. Good amount of time given at each place to enjoy it. I also opted for the prepaid lunch, which was a very nice buffet. The Mosque was truely beautiful and unmissable.

Great adventure

Good polite service and very helpful for a family adventure to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. Mosque in Abu Dhabi is a master piece in its excellence. Ferrari world is a heaven for whom like car racing’s, but for kids under 1.2 meter tall no activities.

I booked a full day in Abu Dabhi from Dubai and it was everything good. The guide Mr S. Asad Awan was really kindly and good at every explanation of the tour. 100% recommended.

Much Needed R&R

Asad picked us up on time and was soooo nice to us! Even though it was during Ramadan he provided us with lots of cold water, juice and even stopped for us to get food! He described all landmarks on the way to and from Dubai to Abu Dubai. His knowledge of the museums and mosque (the chandeliers, carpets, stones-just EVERYTHING) was AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend him and will use him on my next trip to see the rest of the sights in both Dubai and Abu Dubai! Also explained the culture, religion, and a lot about daily life to us. Extremely knowledgeable, sweet and courteous. Would give 20 stars if I could! Penny

Très bonne journée pour faire le tour des principaux intérêts d’Abu Dhabi, la mosquée étant évidemment le plus important et dont nous avons pu bénéficier d’une heure et demi ! Guide très sympathique et nous avons été pris à notre hôtel qui était à Deira !

Quiero recomendar absolutamente este tour, si visitan Dubái y quieren conocer lo más representativo de Abudabi este es el tour a tomar, muchas gracias a mi nuevo amigo Asad por su tiempo, sus explicaciones y el excelente tiempo que nos hizo pasar. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Decepcionante

Todo comenzó bien con el retiro a la hora desde el hotel, luego de retirar dos personas más partimos a nuestro destino. Primera parada la mezquita, la cual es hermosa pero dan poco tiempo para poder apreciarla y sacarse fotos, el guía nos apuraba constantemente. Posterior a eso, una buena visita al hotel Emirates Palace y a Heritage Village. Luego, empezó a irse a pique el paseo, nos llevaron a almorzar a un lugar de buffet, que como todo buffet tiene de todo un poco pero sin ser particularmente bueno en nada, el precio excesivo para la calidad (75 AED por persona). Había más locales pero dado que teníamos solo una hora era difícil encontrar algo mejor en ese tiempo. Luego de ese almuerzo regular, empezaron las típicas paradas que nadie te avisa al contratar estos tour.. ventas y más ventas, imagino que son acuerdos entre las empresas, aquí nadie te apura ni te dan tiempo cómo límite. Alfombras (bellas pero no justifica media hora de visita) y otro lugar al que nos llevaron pero por suerte nadie del tour quiso bajar. A esa altura el guía se veía desganado, cero motivación. Al fin volvimos a lo contratado, Louvre: 25 minutos para tomar fotos o una hora si entrabas. Cuánto puedes apreciar de ese museo en sólo una hora? Esperamos a quienes entraron tomando bellas fotos de la bahía. Finalmente.. Ferrari World, costoso pero sólo valdría la pena por día completo.. nos dieron 20 minutos que se justifican si no vas a entrar ya que poco se puede ver si no lo haces. Luego de eso, y con el guía cada vez más apurado por terminar, comenzó la inasistencia, bastante molesta, para que lo evaluemos con 5 estrellas que no merecía. Incluso insistía en compartir internet de su móvil para evaluarlo en ese momento. Ninguno del tour quiso evaluarlo pese a lo molesto que se puso con el tema, creo que sabemos por qué.🤦🏿‍♂️
